“The three of us older ladies just wanted a quick getaway to relax & enjoy each others company! The house was very comfortable & nicely decorated with attention to details that we all appreciated! For example, there were cozy blankets to snuggle with, teas, hot cocoa supplied & a towel warmer in the bathroom ! We didn't end up going to the state park but drove by & it looked great!”

“This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. ”

“Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 ”

It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. “Wonderful property for a couples getaway or a friends trip to Jay Peak. The house was clean, spacious, and featured lots of unique amenities. We loved the loft beds, Game Room Basement, Fire Pits, wrap around porch, and the grill! We will surely be back. It was an added bonus that our beloved family pet was able to join us for the trip. Haleigh and Andrew were wonderful hosts that were easy to communicate with. ”

“2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!”
