“This is a great little hidden gem in the back woods of NH. This is not within walking distance to any of the pools or arcades in the pictures. It is on a dirt road in the back woods - very quiet! The kitchen is well equipped (kids plates too!). The beds are comfortable. The house was clean (minus one very moldy shower curtain). The biggest issue we had was that the oven/stove was broken. There were several sets of stairs to get into the unit and a steep set of stairs to the 2 bunk beds on very top floor - so if you have little kids or elderly members of your group, you'll want to consider this. We traveled with a "special needs" sister (in her 60's) who did take time to get up the stairs, but it was manageable, and we just had her sleep in lower level. The kitchen was great! “Had a great fall foliage retreat with coworkers. The house is beautiful and felt even more spacious than in the photos. The kitchen is amazing, both the fridge and stove were huge and very modern. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Location was very central to many great hikes.
