Descripción del apartamento - Luminoso y bonito apartamento de 3. 5 dormitorios (como un 4 dormitorios, excepto que el acceso a una de las habitaciones es a través de otra habitación) con 2 baños, uno con bañera y el otro con ducha, en el 4to piso (con ascensor). Este apartamento tiene un balcón acristalado, así como un pequeño balcón en el dormitorio principal. Además, todavía tiene los pisos de mosaico centenarios (un diseño diferente en cada habitación), la carpintería original en las puertas y ventanas y techos altos.

Cocina completa con horno, microondas y nevera grande.

Televisor de pantalla plana de 42 'en la sala de estar. Reproductor de DVD y colección de DVD.

Para el máximo confort, este apartamento tiene aire acondicionado central, y también tiene calefacción central de gas.

Ubicación: el apartamento se encuentra en la parte histórica de la zona del Eixample, a poca distancia y a medio camino del templo de la Sagrada Familia y del centro comercial Passeig de Gracia.

Transporte: cerca de la estación de metro Verdaguer (en las líneas amarilla y azul) y varias líneas de autobuses. Muy fácil de llegar en taxi.

Gestión - Somos una pequeña empresa familiar. Lauren es de Dallas, TX y Fernando es de Barcelona, España. Actualmente gestionamos 20 apartamentos en Barcelona, 2 casas amuebladas en Dallas y 7 apartamentos en Estambul.

Niveles de ruido: las ventanas de la fachada tienen doble acristalamiento, pero puede haber algo de calle (tráfico) pero solo en una de las habitaciones. Las otras tres habitaciones son muy tranquilas.

Ocupación: el apartamento es ideal para 8 personas. Puede dormir hasta 8.

Check-in y check-out: el apartamento estará listo para usted a las 16:30 (4:30 PM) para su ocupación. Puede dejar sus maletas y obtener sus llaves a partir de las 12:00 (mediodía). La hora de salida es a las 11:30 a.m. Puede solicitar el check-in anticipado reservado o el check-out tardío por una pequeña tarifa, sujeto a disponibilidad. No hay tarifa adicional para el check-in nocturno.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, pero considero que respecto de la equipación del mismo (toallas ,sábanas y mantas), deja mucho que desear. Sería interesante que la propiedad se planteara un "plan renove"

Bathrooms!!!
Nicely sized apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Excellent location with walking distance to all main attractions including Sagrada Familia. However the biggest let down is was the bathrooms which were appalling unfortunately. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with a bidet and bath tub and another one with a shower square, toilet and sink. The one with the bathtub and bidet had a terrible smell and there were no windows in there to let it ventilate. The one with the shower room was so tiny and the shower square and sink is full of mould and dirt. I just didn’t want to shower in either but had to as fast as I could. Both bathrooms wouldn’t drain as you shower so you’re standing in your own dirty water. Apart from that, all went well. Please do something about the bathrooms.

Franchement c'est vraiment un emplacement sympa pour visiter Barcelone. Tres belle appartement mais finalement assez bruyant car l'isolation n'est pas terrible. On entend la rue qui est assez passante. Mais surtout les voisins du plancher et plafond bruit de pas et douches // toilettes. Mais cela reste acceptable. Finalement le défaut principal c'est les 2 salles de bains qui sont a refaire complètement tres en dessous du reste de l'appartement. D'ailleurs pas de photos sur la présentation du site et je comprends mieux pourquoi maintenant. Globalement tres bon séjour quan même. Un petit effort sur les salles de bains et ca serait parfait.

Property was beautiful, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, metro, and bus stops. Walking distance to many of the tourist sites. Only thing that could be better is the wifi - signal is spotty at best.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and spacious apartment. 3 minutes walk to Verdaguer metro and lots of good places to eat within 5/10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again

Practical , well located yet needs a little love
The managers are very efficient and they have a modern way of check in, they were flexible and welcoming. However, the flat looks much better in the pictures. The bathrooms need updating and some real cleaning, there was mold in one of them. The floors of the flat also need some deep refurbishing. We had an extra guest, a little mouse who we named Mickey who we suspect came from the whole in the ceiling of the hallway. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was adequate. There is a need for bigger newer towels if they are to offer them. I think this property has a lot of potential but it needs a bit of deep cleaning and updating of the bathrooms. That being said water pressure was good and water was hot and plenty . The location was great . There was a lot of noise from the street and from some of the neighbors who decided to have a fight around 6 am on a Sunday ... thin walls. We were a very quiet group and we like to sleep in so this was a bit disappointing.

There aren't many places that can comfortably accommodate a family of 8 so we were VERY happy to find this property. We had two problems during our stay, however, which were unresolved. The first is one of the two toilets did not flush properly and the flush valve seemed to be partially broken. Our morning email advising them of the problem was not responded to by that evening when the flush valve broke completely and the toilet became unusable. That's a problem when you have eight family members sharing a single toilet! To their credit, they sent a maintenance man immediately, but he did not have the correct replacement part and had to jury-rig a solution that only worked for a short while. We had to make do with a single toilet for all of us to share the last two days of our stay while they waited for the correct replacement part to arrive. The other problem is that the listing advertises WiFi availability, but only one or two of us was ever able to connect to any of the SSIDs they offered and then only for a short while before the connection was lost. You'd be surprised how much you rely on connectivity nowadays to book excursions, look up restaurants, plan the day's activities, etc.. and the grandparents and kids wanted to update their social media sites. I was unable to check-in with work and had to purchase an alternative form of Internet Connectivity. They claimed to have tried "resetting the routers" and that they sometimes had problems with iPhones, but admitted that there was some equipment missing from our apartment (a "Tower"?) that wouldn't be replaced until the day after our departure. My advice to future guests is not to rely on their claims about the WiFi service and to secure an alternative means of connectivity if that's important to you. I wish I could have rated them 5 Stars. As an owner of a VRBO property myself, that's what I would have wanted, but they had opportunities to fix fairly significant problems and were unable to do so during our stay.

This apartment was perfect for my 3 granddaughters, 2 daughters and me!! Location was perfect, apartment clean and owner was very anxious to please, always responding promptly when a question or request was made. A wonderful getaway in a charming, elegant, and magnificent city!!

Comfortable apartment in a fantastic location
This apartment was perfect for our family. We could walk to Sagrada Famiglia and Casa Mila (Gaudi); a 365 was around the corner for espresso, pastries, fresh-squeezed juice, and sandwiches. Metro was very close (6 minute walk) to get to El Gòtic, La Rambla, El Born. The rooftop terrace was amazing! Wish the a/c cooled the back bedrooms better.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 8. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The apartment has all you need! The location of the apartment was excellent. It was a short walk to the Sagrada Familia which is a must whilst in Barcelona. Good walking shoes are recommended to reach the Ramblas, however, it is worth it to see the fab architecture and bustling city. Would recommend this apartment to others with larger families who want a piece of city life with space☺️☺️

Hele dikke prima!
Mooie uitvalbasis om Barcelona te verkennen. Op enkele minuten lopen van het busstation en nog dichter bij een metrostation. Het appartement is schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en modern ingericht. De straat is rustig genoeg om niet op nachtrust te hoeven inleveren en druk genoeg om niet te vergeten dat je in een metropool bent. Ook de bedden lagen prima. Twee slaapkamers zijn wel aan elkaar geschakeld (om in de ene kamer te komen moet je dus door de andere). Voor ons was dit geen enkel probleem. We zijn er niet aan toegekomen het dakterras te bezichtigen laat staan er van te genieten. We werden door de eigenaar via mail en telefoon keurig van alle informatie voorzien (in het engels). Erg klantgericht. Wij zouden hier zo nog eens boeken.

Perfect spot for a Barcelona Holiday!
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, light-filled apartment on Carrer de Valencia. It was well furnished and very comfortable. We especially loved the location which provided us with a neighborhood filled with markets, bars and restaurants and easy access to public transportation. The apartment's kitchen was relatively well-equipped enabling us to make coffee and breakfast in the morning at our own pace, prior to setting out for an action-packed day full of sight-seeing and adventure. The roof deck was an added bonus, with clear views of the Sagrada Familia and the surrounding neighborhood. The books on Barcelona were a great resource for each and every day. Overall, we had a memorable trip to this magnificent city and our accommodations made the trip even more so.

Great location! Very clean and spacious apartment.

Big space with lots of charm
This was a great apt! Big enough for all eight of us. Within 30 minutes walking distance to everything. Less than 10 minutes walking to Sagrada Familia. Great little restaurant and ice cream parlor right downstairs. Very quiet part of town. The space was comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were small but there were two so it made getting ready quicker. Air conditioner worked great! The roof top terrace was great! You could see the top of Sagrada Familia from there and also Tibidabo. Loved it!

Lovely, spacious apartment!
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, 4 bedroom apartment. The property is a short (10 min?) walk to Segrada Familia and a couple blocks from 2 metro stops. This made it extremely easy to navigate the city. We liked staying in the L’Eixemple district, away from the hustle and bustle of Las Ramblas and the Gothic district. The area is filled with wonderful restaurants a short walk from Passeig de Gràcia with amazing shopping. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer and was extremely clean. The two bathrooms are a bit small, but both have showers. Suggestions for the property are more towels and more kitchen equipment.

wonderful apartment in Barcelona
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment with our grown children. Nice, comfortable and well furnished, with enough room to spread out and in a terrific neighborhood. We walked all over. Lauren and Fernando were very responsive and replaced a broken coffee maker within a few hours. We'd definitely stay there again.
