OLA LIVING MACBA 2

Situado en el centro de la ciudad, nuestro apartamento de dos dormitorios tiene una habitación doble y una individual. También dispone dos baños completos y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Hay un balcón y una cocina totalmente equipada que permite a nuestros huéspedes preparar sus propias comidas. Es el lugar perfecto para un grupo de amigos o una familia que busque alojarse en una zona concurrida de la ciudad.

El apartamento dispone de lavadora-secadora además de conexión Internet Wi-fi y aire acondicionado. Está situado en el centro de Barcelona, muy cerca de La Rambla y del barrio de Sant Antoni.

El apartamento está provisto de toallas y ropa de cama a la llegada.

No se permiten fiestas ni despedidas de soltero/a.

La Tasa Turística no está incluida en el precio del apartamento. Tiene un coste de 6.05€€ por adulto ( mayor de 16 años ) y noche hasta llegar a un máximo de siete noches.

Nuestra Recepción se encuentra en el número 1 del Passatge Sert, donde debe recoger su llave entre las 9.00 y las 20.00 de lunes a viernes ( excepto festivos de lunes a viernes ). Si su entrada es en sábado o domingo ( o festivo entre semana ) la recogida de llaves es en la calle Aribau 228. El horario de apertura es de 09.00 a 20.00. Auto check in con el teléfono móvil a partir de las 15.00

Las entradas a partir de las 21:00h se hacen presencialmente en los apartamentos y tienen un coste extra de 30€.

Barcelona at it's best
The apartment is located in a quite, old neighborhood close to Manny remarkable sites, restaurants, history, etc. It is very quite area. The apartment has two large bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a large open great room concept. Even though there is a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, there is an amazing laundry mat across from the entrance. Highly recommend

My husband, daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay in our flat. The place was ready earlier than expected. It was spacious, modern and clean. We loved the neighborhood and the people at Ola Living were always responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Clean but not in the most convenient area
We had to take taxis to get everywhere we wanted to go. I would’ve preferred to be centrally located. As mentioned, it was clean, but very, very small shower and not sure about the neighborhood. I wouldn’t walk out by myself alone at night. The unit was well equipped, although we did not need to use anything since we were gone most of the day.

Great place to stay and Explore Barcelona!
This is exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Plenty of space for the both of us to be comfortable. Very clean, great communication with Ola Living too. Everything we needed was a short walk. I highly recommend!

The apartment was in great shape. Clean and spacious. Great location next to the Gothic area. Not necessarily related to the apartment, but it's a bummer that there was so much graffiti on all the building right around the apartment bringing down the feel of the neighborhood. There was also some minor communication challenges with the property managers. We never did find the washer and dryer that they said came with the unit.

Comfortable local place in central location
We loved the balcony and Barcelona feel of the place. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Metro and bus are easily accessible from its location. Lots of small businesses nearby. Small washing machine on premises but dryer is a small rack to hang your clothes to dry. Luckily, there’s a laundromat just feet away from the apartment. No refills on toilet paper, rolls are small and didn’t provide a full roll to begin with so be prepared to buy a few more if staying for more than a few days. Prompt communication with maintenance company. Overall a good place and would stay here again.

Good Location and Space
The property looks similar to the pictures shown! It is extremely spacious, in a great location, and near the metro stations. I would recommend arriving during the day to ensure easier check in. My group and I arrived late at night and it was difficult to locate the entryway in the dark. Overall a great experience and I would strongly recommend.

If you’re looking for a locals area
We were hoping to find somewhere to stay that wasn’t sanitized - with more of a locals flare, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is nice and clean. The neighborhood can be noisy, even after midnight, so hard to sleep if you like to have the windows open! The only complaint we had is the extremely hard beds!

Good place in a an excellent neiborhood.
Pros: great location, spacious apartment. Cons: No salt/pepper, AC should be maintained (the odor was not great when the AC is on). Minor mold in a bathroom. Check in process can be more efficient (the filling multiple forms consumes a lot of time), information should be pulled from the platform.

Great size apartment!
Loved this apartment and the fact it had two bathrooms. It was very clean and modern. Loved the new laundromat with dryers directly across the ally. A tip to get a ride is to walk out to the main Street.

Tiger Street rocks.
We loved the apartment and the neighborhood. We ate most of our meals within a few blocks. We had a wonderful stay; but the check-in process needs to be fixed. The digital key never worked and we were only able to get into the apartment because someone brought us a physical key.

Location and perfection
The apartment has a perfect location for getting to all the sites and lots of eateries and shopping places close by. Metro is super close too. Apt was so clean and wonderful to have two bathrooms and bedrooms. Very modern, nicely decorated too.

Stay at Ola Living MACBA
The apartment itself is large and as advertised, clean and in a great location. But, unfortunately, we can't recommend this place. The check in process was a nightmare as there was no information communicated on the address or how to contact the office/contact person and no one was replying to our messages for over a month prior to staying. We finally tracked down a phone number for the company. There were no instructions or directions provided prior to our booking on how to access to apartment (or locate it). They use digital keys, but if you don't have a functioning phone number (we only had data no roaming calling), you can't register for the app and access the key. Not ideal for international travelers who have just landed and don't yet have sim cards for Europe. Once we figured out how to contact the office the people there were helpful. We had to bus to an office location across town from where our apartment was to pick up the key. They did store luggage for free though, which was nice. As mentioned, the apartment is nice but the beds are SO bad that my partner and I alternated sleeping on the couch. They were also missing some basic items in the kitchen like a cutting board, colander, salt and pepper, etc. We had to cut our fruit with a giant bread knife. Not a huge deal, but would be nice if they could provide a couple of additional items to make cooking a little easier.

Clean place and great location
Location is amazing! Apartment was immaculate and just as pictured. Only issue was was the washer/dryer is one unit and does not dry clothes at all. Other than that it was perfect!!! And they are opening a brand new laundry mat across the street so washer/dryer not even needed anymore!

Barcelona apartment near La Ramblas
Clean, comfortable, good location near La Ramblas and Placa de Catalunya. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was good for two adults. However, the check-in process was difficult, requiring us to check-in at one address, then take a second taxi to the apartment.

Short stay in Barcelona
The property is as advertised, clean, good amenities, and spacious enough for 2/3 people. We did have an issue with the fuses tripping after returning from a days sightseeing, which meant we were unable to charge our phones, use showers etc but the emergency line was helpful and all resolved the next day. We visited the main Ola Living office to have tickets printed and get access cards to mitigate not having charged phones - very helpful person on reception. The location of the apartment is great from a practical perspective (access from the airport, access to public transport, bars, clubs etc), but if you are not keen on graffiti, skateboarders, and alternative/hipster culture this may not be the area of Barcelona for you.
