Good location, good parking.

We stayed in the apartment for two nights. It had everything we needed, and the underground parking was a big plus. The location is excellent—once there, we didn’t need the car at all.Two things to note: the elevator wasn’t working, and the apartment is on the sixth floor (about 130 steps). Thankfully, the owner helped us with our luggage and was very kind and apologetic about the situation.Also, the apartment doesn’t have AC. I was aware when booking, and while I hoped the weather would be mild, it turned out warmer than expected. Still, that’s on me—not the apartment.On the bright side, having two bathrooms was very convenient, especially when traveling with kids.Thank you for hosting us!

Très beau séjour en famille

Quartier agréable et emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Décoration typique et très jolie. Terrasse sur le toit avec vue et petit balcon vraiment appréciés. Propreté irréprochable. Un peu bruyant la nuit dans la chambre principale. Douche de la 2ième chambre très petite pour des adultes mais autre douche disponible dans le bain de la chambre principale. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir et nous recommandons absolument cet appartement pour visiter Barcelone.

Best bargain in Barcelona

This apartment is a great deal! The hosts were easy to communicate with. They provide a safe place for luggage before check-in or after check-out. The apartment is spacious, has a nice balcony with a beautiful view, and the beds are very comfortable. During our stay the elevator was out of service, but this unit is only one floor up, so it wasn't any trouble. The building and unit are secure. There's a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy a glass of wine. Take note that the second bedroom and bath are much smaller than the main, so if sharing with friends you might not choose to split the cost evenly. The washer/dryer came in handy, and the appliances all worked properly. Also note that the main bedroom faces to the street which can sometimes be noisy if people have gathered at the sidewalk cafe tables, so you may want to bring earplugs. The AC also worked fine, but opening the balcony doors provided wonderful breezes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Everything was good!

Everything was great!The accommodation is exactly as in the pictures!It felt more spacious than in the pictures.The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom... were all cleanThe staff was friendly until the end.The downside is that the noise from the upstairs floors lasts until late.If I were living here, it would be annoying, but since I was staying for a trip, I could tolerate it.If I visit Barcelona next time, I want to stay here again!

We loved our stay in this historic apartment. The ceilings, floors & doors! It is a wonderful location - we walked to all major sites. Everything was clean & comfortable; very nicely decorated. Kitchen very sufficient. Only draw back is the noise from the street… Barcelona doesn’t sleep until wee hours! Traffic & pedestrian noice woke me up a few times. Even still, I would stay here again and highly recommend! Gracias!

Nice central location in spacious apartment

We found the apartment beautiful with high ceilings and ornate features. It was a nice place to relax in the heart of the city.The noise from the street was loud as the apartment is at a major intersection. We also heard a lot of noise from the water pipes in other apartments from the second bedroom.

Einfach nur gut

Der Aufenthalt war super, leichter Checkin und die Lage war ideal um den Bus und auch die Metro zu nützen. Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch eingerichtet und sehr gute Betten. Besonders lobenswert war das Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Kaffee und Putzmittel schon zur Verfügung standen. Die Aussicht und die Dachterrasse sind wunderschön. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Beautiful Barcelona

We were met by the property manager and shown into a hundred year old building that was beautiful on the inside and out. Our apartment was spacious and had a wonderful balcony that looked onto an amazing cathedral across the street. Tall coffered ceilings, unique Spanish tiles and mahogany doors were some of the best parts of this apartment. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of the city and the metro is very close for easy travel thru the city. We loved it!

Accurate listing, great location, wonderful stay

Fernando's property building is historical. With the balcony view of the school church and the rooftop view of Sagrada Familia, the location is a convenient 15 minutes walk to all central locations. The noise on the second floor didn't bother me much but I can understand since it's on a busy street. The apartment is spacious and clean with all the essentials (including complimentary coffee and tea). The mosaic floor and the ceiling are beautiful. I think they can use some professional deep cleaning which would make them as good as new. Be aware there's no dishwasher and the couch is not leather. Communication was not immediate but replied within 24 hours. Overall, great value for the stay.
