“This is the 2nd time I stay in the hotel and again, me and my family loved it. I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious and the rooms were big and clean. “The receptionist gave us a smoking room so we had to go all the way to the room and then all the way back down to ask for another room. It was very rude considering we booked non smoking always. Aso the second day when we arrived to our room, we had zero towels. They forgot to leave us towels. We spent 20 mins calling but there was no answer on room service, house keeping, nor the lobby. It’s such a same since the breakfast and service of breakfast was nice. ”

“My family and I appreciate the two nights we spent at this hotel. Check in and check out were smooth and the food we had was great. We noticed that some parts of the hotel were under renovation and that had no impact on our stay. Our kids also enjoyed the time they spent at the playcare and crafts they made. The gym was a bit outdated but spacious and with plenty of equipment. My wife didn’t like that women weren’t allowed in the jacuzzi and that there was no time for women only to enjoy it....
