Ven renovar su espíritu en nuestra totalmente amueblado refugio de montaña de lujo situado en la reserva, un nuevo máximo desarrollo de condominios en la montaña de azúcar. Desde su percha a 5000 pies, podrá disfrutar de atardeceres impresionantes montañas mientras se relaja en la terraza grande, frío (o caliente por la chimenea de gas-log!) en la gran sala, o acurrucarse en el dormitorio principal. O se puede caminar hasta la parte superior de los remontes de la montaña de azúcar para disfrutar de mejores pistas de esquí del Sureste. La suite principal de este 2 dormitorios, condominio de 2 baños dispone de una cama doble y se abre a la terraza. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio. El sofá en la sala grande se convierte en una cama. Manténgase en contacto con wi-fi, o retirarse a la gran pantalla de TV. Cualquiera que sea la temporada, las vistas son espectaculares, y la lista de actividades en la zona es interminable. Así, a pocos minutos de Boone, Blowing Rock, Linville, Valle Crucis, y, por supuesto, la montaña de abuelo.

Así que venga, sentarse junto al fuego o relajarse en la cubierta fresca y disfrutar de la alta sierra!

Wonderful Property
We vacation in a lot of rental properties and this was the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen! It was lovely to have spices and enough dishes to really cook. Also the beds and linens were great. Nothing is better than the view. We loved it and hope to stay longer next time!

Amazing view, thoughtful host
I reserved this place for the view. Came for a family snow tubing adventure. Mother Nature delivered a spectacular winter wonderland for us just in time. Annie was very helpful in relaying key information- a 4WD vehicle was a must to get to the top of the mountain in the heavy snow. The condo was super cozy with the gas fireplace, plenty of spices in the kitchen, and again that gorgeous view. My son left a small toy and they even notified me and shipped it to me. Great hosts and lovely location! We will be back!

Nothing short of amazing
My family and I vacation a lot. We value the time we have with one another and I share that to say, Annie is one of the most hospitable VRBO hosts we’ve ever encountered. She, alone, makes me want to return. As if that wasn’t enough, the pictures do not do her rental justice! It’s inviting, cozy, and convenient. We felt secluded, yet, were so close to everything. It’s the perfect size. It’s spacious, yet we weren’t all spread out. It was stocked with more than we could imagine. If we return to Sugar Mountain, we wouldn’t be able to stay anywhere else! The views were the cherry on top. We usually are all ready to come home the last day or vacation, but none of us wanted to leave. An 11/10 recommendation would be underrating this beautiful place.

Spring break ski getaway
Our first family ski trip was great thanks to our host Annie. My three son’s and I had a blast exploring the snow and ice surroundings of the property. The views were breathtaking every morning from our balcony. Sugar ski mountain was a five minute car ride from the property. We ventured out to the Alpine Mountain Coaster (make reservations prior to arrival). If you’re into steak try Stonewalls in Banner Elk just a short 15 minute scenic drive. The Peddlin Pig didn’t disappoint if you are into bar-b-que, the roasted Turkey tray was fantastic. We brought home some amazing looking rocks with gorgeous colors from the little mining spot across from the Sugar Mountain Ski slope. The condo had everything you could need for a home away from home could possibly have. Just bring your own personal snacks or food to cook. The spices, pots & pans, etc are all there. Annie, the host, made our stay so comfortable and memorable with her warm hospitality. We will definitely be back again to make more family memories. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Perfect in every way
This is our second time staying at Granddaughter Mountain. This unit is clean, the furnishings are very comfortable, the supplies for our use are plentiful, and the views are breathtaking. The Reserve at Sugar Mountain is centrally located to Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock with so many activities to do. Thank you for opening up your unit for rental. We will be back again!

Amazing Views - Wonderful Hosts - Beautiful Property
My husband and I had the pleasure of spending the weekend on top of Sugar Mountain in property 88949. This condo is beautiful and fully equipped for a much longer stay. The view from the deck is amazing! The hosts have provided binders with information about the mountain, along with brochures for all the local activities. We highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Living in the clouds!
Granddaughter mountain condo was amazing! The views were beautiful! We were looking forward to enjoying sunsets from the balcony and we were not disappointed! Except for the foggy days. The photos of the condo don’t do it justice. It was perfect in every way. The balcony was the best surprise. It is much larger than I expected! We had a wonderful time, thanks to Annie and Peter!

This condo was everything the pictures portrayed and more! The views from the sliding glass doors in the living and master bedrooms were just surreal. Very quiet area with plenty of conveniences less than 10 minutes away. Annie was incredibly flexible, helpful and quite pleasant. My husband and I had a great extended weekend away. Definitely recommend!

What was an entirely too short trip to Sugar Mtn, we squeezed what we could. The location is just lovely. The views are jaw dropping. And the neighbors were super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to make it back up the mountain soon!
