Beautiful Mountain Condo with Amazing Views
The condo was absolutely beautiful, amazing views as advertised, but the condo itself was extremely clean and had a wonderful "homey" feeling to it as soon as we walked in. We had all the amenities we could think of, and then some. The staff were all very kind and courteous. The only negative thing I can mention is, as far as I recall, the listing did not make mention of having to stop at the security office first before checking in at the front lobby. I was aware of having to park in the lower level parking lots and being shuttled up to the hotel, just not having to stop at the security office first. This was only a minor inconvenience, not an actual problem (it may have been in the listing and I missed it, not sure). Once we were all checked in, we had no problems. The shuttle process ran very smoothly, and we never waited more than a minute for the shuttle to pick us up. My husband and I cannot wait to stay here again!

The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. Two problems: 1 the unit was very warm and the A/C did not work. 2 Kitchen did not have a coffee maker, only a Keurig maker.

Amazing Views!
Absolutely amazing views from the top floor of Sugar Mountain! We had incredible views of fireworks on July 4th. The condo was updated and well appointed. Check in was very easy. Lovely visit!

Convenient and cozy
Sugar Top is our favorite place to stay when we go skiing. We especially liked this condo because it’s on the top floor with a great view! It had everything we needed and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was nice, but….
The condo was clean and met expectations. Front desk staff appeared bothered by our checking in. Not hospitable. BUT, they cut the electricity off to do repairs for the entire facility the next morning after check in. We had no idea. Stayed out until we left at lunchtime. Not sure when it came back on. So much for that relaxing coffee and breakfast and enjoying the view. Same for the next day! Only notice was a piece of paper in the elevator. Same thing the next day and it was announced over the intercom with a five minute warning. So no coffee, shower, not able to flush the toilet or wash our hands. No tv, Internet, nothing for most of our stay. Could not use the amenities like pool hot tub etc. Restaurant apparently open ONLY on weekends. Totally disgusting. HOWEVER, the owner was contacted and graciously refunded the stay.

Stayed for Autumn at Oz
Loved the location and property. Outside was well maintained. Condo was exactly what I thought it would be..comfy and beautiful views. The only issues were dishwasher did not work, washing machine is dying and the master bed is as hard as a brick. This made sleeping uncomfortable. Beautiful views and convenient to everything. Most of the people at the front desk were not that friendly. There was one young lady that was there that was awesome but she said it wasn't even her typical spot. Entire place was clean. Parking and taking a shuttle anytime we wanted to go to our car was kinda a nuisance. Not sure what the parking issue is, there's a ton of spots. Anyways, we did enjoy our stay and appreciate being given an extra night so seamlessly.

Beautiful views
The view was amazing and especially watching the sun rise in the mornings….breathtaking. Shower in master doesn’t get hot and mattress very hard, other then that very homey. Will definitely stay again.

Great View for the Price!
Great View & really enjoyed the Condo!! Very well decorated! Water in Master bathroom doesnt get hot. Luke warm at most. Take a shower in the 2nd bathroom. Staff was very friendly & answered any questions. Parking is not the best if you come on the weekends. 😊

Perfect Winter Family Get-away!
We had such a lovely time on our visit to this property! The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable; it was spacious, up-to-date, and was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfy as was the living room furniture. The check-in and check-out procedure was quick and easy and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was a hit with our kids, and the shuttles to and from the parking lot and to Sugar Mountain ski resort were so convenient! It was such a great little trip that we all said we wish we had booked for at least 1-2 days longer to spend more time enjoying ourselves. We will definitely add this to our list of places to return. Thank you for a great stay! 💛
