The location of this condo is perfect for Sugar Mt. It is small but that is clearly stated in the bio. I would not do 4 adults but it was ok for my husband and two young children. It has all you need to cook if you stay in and does feel cozy with the fire.
There are few things we didn't have. The biggest downside is they didn't have a plug in humidifier. I saw they had a dehumidifier for the summer but it so dry there you absolutely need one in the winter! My poor noes is still healing from the baseboard dry heat and I spent two nights with a wet face cloth on my face so I could sleep.
When we arrived we were told we had two parking spots, we had no where. We squeezed in next to the garbage bins. We called Vacasa and they did nothing to fix it. Not sure if they mange the property upstairs but we found out it was them in our spot the day they left and moved their car. If we had had a larger SUV we would have had no where to park. We couldn't find any info on the property or the area when we got into the condo. On the second day we found a paper on top of the fridge with info on the TV and internet and a info mag on the town but nothing about info on the skiing or local attractions.
The walls are thin so we had to ask the folks upstairs to please stop walking around at 10pm so we could sleep.
The towels were big enough and clean but very scratchy. My husband ran out of hot water within 3 mins in the shower. And this was at 6am so not sure how the tank was empty. I did get one hot shower. We didn't have any sheets for the pull out bed. We called Vacasa, with little hope for delivery after the parking situation, and they did bring sheets. However they got it wrong three times and by the end of it we had one top, flat and pillow case for a twin bed, one blanket, two new kings pillows with one king pillow protective cover?? The pull out is a queen. So after delivery number three we just made due with what we had.
Overall for what we paid for the night it was disappointing but we still had a wonderful trip. As I mentioned the location was great for skiing Sugar mt, walking distance which was great. And we were together as a family and thats what counts the most.
