Great Place with Plenty Space
The entire group was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and thoroughly enjoyed thier stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away for a bit in Baldwin and will likely go back next year.

Family Vacation
I purchase a cottage for a few days as a Christmas present for my adult children. I can not explain how much this vacation means to me. I love spending time with my kids and grand kids and friends. We had a great time and can not wait to go back next year!

Lovely Space
Ryan was extremely communicative and accommodating to our family for our vacation. The space was exactly what we needed for our family! However, it was communicated to us that our 23ft boat would fit and the lake is very shallow with no good boat ramp (Sandy and shallow) so we were unable to use our boat. Upon arrival one of the rooms had a bat in it that we were able to catch and release, and there was a critter in one of the ac unit tubes that scurried once we bumped it. These don’t feel like things against Ryan or the space, just helpful to know for your booking.

Very comfortable house and amazing lake view!
We loved staying at this property! The early check in was so appreciated, so thank you so much! The outdoor decks were so great to have and the house was so comfortable. The outdoor fortunate was hugely appreciated as well! The air conditioning units upstairs were a very nice surprise for us too. The kitchen was very spacious and quite well stocked. We could have used a few more large cookie sheets for cooking bacon in the oven but we made do with the little ones that were there. We thought the kitchen could maybe use an island for working on but weren’t positive how it would fit best. We did use the smaller table in the kitchen for some extra work space and that was great! A small lamp in the living room area would have been nice but not absolutely necessary! Overall, a very nice place to stay and we look forward to staying there again next summer!! Thank you so much!

Awesome Lake House
My friends and I had PLENTY of room for all of us to have fun. Sit on the deck, wade in the water, play cards, plenty of cooking, tons of space and lots of memories. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very Relaxing Spot
The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Back patio, huge firepit and access to the water were our favorite features. Everyone (ages 3 to 64) enjoyed their stay and would stay here again!

A little bit of everything in one place💗
My family visited primarily to ride the trails on our ATVs/ORVs. This house is super close to the trails and the kids enjoyed fishing off the peer each evening. The house was clean and the host made our check-in and check out really easy. Will most definitely book this house again!

Great Location and Very Clean Home
Check in and communication with owner was simple. The house was super clean and accommodated our group perfectly. We were up to river fish the PM and Tippy Dam for the weekend. The house was in an ideal location to do both. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in this area.

Overall, great home to house a large group. Reasonable distance to CaberFae. Convenience store less than 1 mile away, very convenient!! Excellent pizza from Loggers Landing, in Luther just 8 miles away. Will stay here again. -Jeff

Nice Place up north
We came up to wolf lake for deer camp. Very nice property with plenty of room. We had zero issues with this stay and Ryan was very responsive whenever we asked questions. Walked out of deer camp with an 8 point and 4 doe between 4 guys on public land. Thank you Ryan for opening up your home and we maybe back again next year!
