“We had a really good stay at this property. The house was clean and all as described in the listing. We were very lucky and had amazing weather (the fans were very much appreciated) and I just couldn’t stop admiring the views. Only thing that could’ve made it better was a bit more garden furniture, missing the picnic bench in the pictures, down the bottom of the garden, but that’s just being picky. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property and would definitely stay again.”

Negatives: problems with plumbing in bathroom, ie flexible shower just dribbled, when WC is flushed water runs from the bath tap and can be tricky to get it to stop. “We were a bit shocked when we arrived that the property was situated on a narrow road with houses on either side and opposite. Soon got used to the parking as there is room for three cars on the drive. Location is very picturesque and the kids loved it down by the river in the village. The bedrooms and living spaces were fantastic. Only negative was the unpleasant drain smell which we could not get rid of, even after the host suggested running plenty of water down the traps.”
