Todo excelente,lo único que del inodoro salía un olor extraño que se sentía en todo el cuarto a ver si mejora eso por demás todo bien

The property is in such great location that is very convenient and also safe to walk around the area, however with regards to the staff at the hotel...they really need to work on their level of service and attention to guests as it is very poor. I must say that we got the proper service level by only two guys of the entire staff we run into(Jaime and Ken). The rest is just not up to their standards of service. When we arrived to do the check-in there were about 4 or 5 guys who could have helped with our bags, but none of them feel bothered to even look at us. The front desk people didn't introduce themselves and just handed over the keys to our room with very little care and attention. It is a shame that such a nice hotel in a pristine location of the city is run so poorly.

Centrally located to food and shopping malls, food options within the hotel was good. I will definitely recommend and stay again when visiting Panama
