“We enjoyed our stay at this property and would happily return! It was so close to the metro in a quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get anywhere we wanted for sightseeing. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy breakfasts and a dinner. The Safeway store is a short walk and there are also a couple restaurants and a great bakery nearby. ”

“The property itself is very nicely done and was very clean! I did not need the amenities but had everything available for use! I was able to walk to several great neighborhoods and when it was time to return…super easy to get in and out of the unit with the door codes ”

“The only problem we had is with the key fob, that was a disaster. It did not work, and only 1 key fob per unit. ”

“Overall good. The woman we communicated with was very prompt in her reply’s and was helpful. I was surprised to learn we were responsible for taking out the trash (around the corner behind the home). I didn’t care for that. The hot water ran out quickly. There were only 2 of us, so we made it work, but it would have been a real inconvenience if we had more guests. Location was really nice and convenient! The neighbors we encountered were very friendly. ”

“This was a great location for a week in DC. The apartment was clean, everything worked, and it looked like the photos. There were two sets of towels and a washer and dryer. The bath products were great! We slept very soundly on the comfortable bed after days of walking the city. There were pots and pans in the kitchen, a full set of silverware, and a dishwasher (with detergent). The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. All in all, we were very happy to stay here and would use the location...
