“ Arrived the day after Christmas and stayed to after the New Year. We’ve stayed at this cabin many times for every season and this has to be our favorite place! Each season brings its own excitement. This year was no different. We had snow and rain. We saw 3 bald eagles over the course of a week. Celebrated the new year and had plenty of time to disconnect and recharge. Read a book, play games, and ring in the New Year. Kelby is an awesome host and quick to respond should you have any issues....

“We visited for an autumn weekend. Woodside nest was very nice. The home is very clean, inviting, and cozy. Adorable loft bed area for younger visitors. As it is not a hotel, you should expect to find cobwebs etc inside of the property since it is in the middle of the woods-so, overall cleanliness was what I expected. The only negatives were-The kitchen sink handle needs to be repaired. It is very loosely attached to the countertop and the handle would continuously come off during use. 2. “The property was just as described. The check-in process was seamless and the property was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials plus extras. The large windows overlooking the lake was just gorgeous! Two families with multiple age children had plenty of room and it was a great place to stay for our families to spend some great quality time together. We had a great stay!”
