“The staff in all my dealing both on line and in person have been extremely helpful and efficient. reception helped me up the stairs at the rear with my bags and the lady on the desk in reception was friendly and welcoming. As were the waiting staff in the dining room.(we ate there for two breakfasts and two evening meals. the quality of the food was of a high standard and well presented. breakfast was buffet style and this was well stocked with plenty of choice of juices, cereals continental...

“We really enjoyed our one night stay. We had a twin room overlooking the atrium, which we booked using Tesco Clubcard vouchers. Our room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed making use of the gym and spa facilities, which were included. ”
