“House Olympia is an absolute gem of a home on a hill overlooking some spectacular views of the area. It is very close to Ancient Olympia, but even if you just want a nice place to enjoy rural Greece, House Olympia is a perfect spot. There is a full kitchen, very comfortable bed, very comfortable living room and formal dining area in addition to the kitchen breakfast area. Aggeliki is a warm and lovely host and a font of information about Ancient Olympia and the area. I cannot recommend this...

“We had a very enjoyable holiday. It is very peaceful and there was little building work taking place when we stayed. We would have liked more hot water for showers morning and evening for 6 adults. Zacharo beach is very beautiful but with rough sea, it was not safe to swim in. Ellie is very responsive to requests for help and the wine/milk/bread in the fridge for us on arrival was very welcoming. Thank you.”

“Grateful to have found this charming home in the charming village for this portion of our Greek holiday. The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of room for my husband, two teens, and me. The parking space was a welcomed bonus! From Dimitsana we did a day trip to Olympia and took advantage of the local hiking and historical sites just outside the village. There were plenty of amazing restaurants - we had a hard time choosing! Loved our stay stay in this beautiful home!”

“We had overall a really nice stay with our family. The pool and terras is super. It was mentioned that a family of 5 was no problem. Sleeping on the couch (not a couch-bed!) however for the 5th person was not clearly mentioned in advance. Anyway we were glad to get an extra folding bed after negotiating. The poor knowledge of the English language of the young ladies as local host was a (small) difficulty.”

“Schon bei der Ankunft konnten wir uns von dem grandiosen Ausblick nicht satt sehen. Und so war es jedes mal wenn wir von unseren schönen Ausflügen zurück zu diesem Tag und Nacht sehr ruhigen gelegenen, sehr angenehmen Wohlfühl-Haus zurück kamen. Ein kleines Paradies unter einem grandiosen Sternenhimmel, ideal zur Erholung. Auch die Umgebung bietet viele besondere Sehenswürdigkeiten und herrliche Strände. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Besitzerin und auch die Einführung ins Haus war...

Het ontbijt was wel wat karig en elke dag hetzelfde, dat mag toch echt wat beter. Prachtig groot zwembad met prima ligbedden.”
