“The view was absolutely BEAUTIFUL for one. For two, checking in and out was a BREEZE. Have never been so lucky before. The thoughtfulness from the extra goodies, the check ins, recommendations, couldn’t have been better! The set up inside from the bathroom to the “laundry area”, into the bedroom was perfect (loved the pocket doors). “We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and a variety of activities on Catilina Island. The golf cart that comes with this rental especially helped us get around town and up into the hills to see additional views. During our three day stay, we spent time exploring the town of Avalon. We recommend the history museum and going to the casino and watching a movie there. There are great restaurants, and the condo was well equipped for cooking. Going on a submarine we saw a nice variety of fish in the reserve....

“Overall we LOVED this house and would definitely stay here again. The biggest thing I want to mention for people unfamiliar with the island is it is located in Hamilton Cove which is about 6 minutes drive to the downtown area NOT the location that was pinned on the listing map. This was not a problem once we realized, since the place comes with a 6 person golf cart and being in Hamilton Cove community gives access to a heated pool and hot tub, mini golf, and tennis courts. We loved the location...

“This is a beautiful location! It was so nice sitting out on the balcony enjoying breakfast or lunch with the most amazing views of the ocean. The condo accommodates our family of 6 people comfortably with all the needed amenities to make you feel at home. The golf cart came handy for groceries but we really enjoyed the not so far walk to town, caught sights of a few deers walking off our paths. The few flight of stairs were fine for us but it’s something to think about if it’s a problem for you....

“This was a perfect property for our small family of 4. 2 bedrooms down stairs and then living spaces upstairs. The deck and its fabulous view were a bonus. Home had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to downtown,. about 1 block uphill so keep that in mind. Property was clean and checkin-checkout was an absolute breeze. Will definately stay here again.”
