“Communication was good. I needed to extend my stay just after booking and I was accommodated and notified within a short time. The place is a little dated and needs a facelift. It could use a paint job, new furniture and carpets. But it wasn’t anything that affected our stay and it didn’t ruin or damper our vacation. “This was our 5 th stay at the blue heron and the second time we have rented through vrbo. The unit has had some updates in comparison to the regular facility rentals. I did contact the owner about an issue with outlets and the dvd player not working, nothing was done. The place was clean and if you’re going to the parks and eating out all the time it’s a great choice. However we hang by the incredible pool on the property and enjoy the view and just relax. “Property was as described and perfect for everything we needed. Pool never seemed over crowded even during busy spring break time. All Employees where happy and very accommodating. There is no restaurant on site but there is a pool bar that serves food. Condo had everything we needed. I would recommend and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything about our stay was great. Check in was easy, condo was clean, and the pool/hot tub were awesome. Great location too, we spent a day at Disney and it was only about a 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again. ”

“ The property was just as the owner described beautiful lake ,big swimming pool and a good size hot tub. Communication was amazing with the owners very fast response. As soon as we checked i noticed things wrong with the property smalls things I just didn't want to be charged for. Again communication was good. The owners don't live by rental property. So they had no clue. The only thing that I did not like about the rental property was there was a smell. I'm not sure what it was.. i tried...
