“This was our first time staying here and it was wonderful. The unit was perfect during our stay. Our only issue was the wait for the elevator because one was out of service. We typically would use the stairs to go down, but we could not use the stairs to go back up because the door was locked from the outside. We didn't really get to enjoy any of the amenities due to our schedule, but hopefully we will next time :)”

“My family and I had a wonderful experience at this lovely property. It was beautiful, large, and so well-equipped with everything we needed and more. My kids especially enjoyed the Micky and Minnie themed beds and plates. They also loved the kids’ books, coloring supplies, and games that were in the apartment. “We had a great time! Highly recommend for a clean, relaxing vacation”

“The condo was perfect for our family trip to Disney World and SeaWorld!!! First off, JUST WOW to the lake view on the 18th floor, beautiful sunsets, and was able to watch fireworks each night. We had putt-putt, a heated pool, hot tub, and bar a few feet from our condo tower. This condo was just minutes to all attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, and outlet shops. It was pristine when we arrived and had everything you would need for your family…Highly recommend!!! ”

“The place was very clean but the furniture was so old it was the same furniture in there when we stayed at Blue Heron in 1999 of April on our anniversary. Some of the furniture looks like it even came from Polynesian Resort when we stayed in 2021 of April but everything else was good. ”

“I booked The Fountain for a week stay over the Christmas holidays and a few days into the stay, none of our key badges worked and we were locked out of the room coming back from dinner around 9pm at night with my 6 year old niece having to badly use the bathroom. The lock on our door was broken and needed reprogramming and it took over an hour for the security police to come and over ride the lock.
