“Place was very clean and in a great location. I was slightly concerned it would be hot on the fourth floor but the air conditioning was great. The whole building is recently renovated. Appliances brand new, beds great and bathroom clean. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment. You won’t regret it.”

“This place is fantastic. It is right in heart of OC and just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The place is perfect for a small family. It was very clean and bed was comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze. The other folks staying on the property were super friendly too! Kristi and Chris had great communication. They are friendly and extremely responsive. We will be booking again in the future and can't wait for our next stay! ”

“We had stayed here in the spring and really liked it, so booked another stay for me, my husband, our one adult daughter and her boyfriend and our little dog. It is small, but big enough for 2 couples. It’s a nice quiet area, so it’s fine to walk around the neighborhood and go to the beach for a walk. There is no downtown area, but we knew that already.”
