Great place to stay with dogs!
When we were again without power in Houston we searched for a place to stay with dogs. We found this property and it worked out really well. The yard is fully fenced and connected front to back doors making it easy to take the dogs in and out. We used the kitchen and all the equipment and utensils worked well. The internet, AC and tv were my favorite and helped us relax. The master shower is huge and has two shower heads which was fun! There is a parking spot on the driveway so you are not on the street. The location is near two parks so easy to get to nice out door spaces.
If I had one feedback it is that the upstairs was warmer during the day than I like. We used the fans and was just fine at night. Also the master bedroom has some windows without shades which gives you a beautiful view of the sky but lets the sun in early in the morning.
If you are not familiar with East Austin, be aware it can be a little trashy and have some homeless people walking around. We always felt safe however kept our walks to the park area. The location is great though and you can get to other parts of Austin easily.
