Disappointing
I specifically chose this property because of the hot tub. When we arrived the backyard was a mess. The tub was full of leaves and the water was brown. There were dirty leaves all over the patio furniture. It seemed strange because the interior was immaculate. I called the property manager and she did have someone come right over to skim the tub and blow some leaves. The tub was not heating nor circulating. The next day she sent a pool company to shock it and get it functioning. We were told it was working and were really looking forward to using it. It still never heated and I tried to contact them the next day and never received a call back. I would not have chosen this property except for the hot tub. Also the welcome book is lacking info on the use of some amenities like the tub and fire pit. The kitchen was decently stocked and linens and beds were all good. I just feel I could have spent less money had I known we couldn’t use the tub and would have rented something else.

Great place, great location
No complaints about this wondeful house. Great location, appointed nicely, great community space for plenty of people. Its a bit of a walk to the main attractions on confress but still plenty of restaurants and bars close. Cosmic pickle is very close we loved it and a quick jaunt back through thr neighborhood to moon coffee is recommended.

Hidden little gem
This location is perfect is you want to take in downtown Austin, as it is just a short trip down Congress to get where you would want to go. Good places to dine are in the area. If you are connected to St. Edward's University then it is nearby. The airport access is quick. The pool is a great touch. The bedrooms were just fine and there was plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. This is nice place to stay.

Great Property!
We stayed here over July 4th weekend and the house was perfect for my family. The young kids loved the cowboy pool. The backyard was perfect for our dog as well. This is by far the best stocked property we’ve gotten through VRBO. They had soap, shampoo, towels (even towels for the pool), toilet paper, laundry detergent just to name a few items. Will definitely look to stay here again! Thanks!

Review of Webster property
Were in town for a wedding. Property was as advertised, but cleanliness wasn't good. Yard was not well maintained - 12 high grass and 20" high weeds in front. Backyard also had weeds. My wife had to clean windows and plants to remove cobwebs and dust. Rugs need replacing. Place needs a 1 or 2 days deep cleaning. Only 6 hangers for 3 bedrooms. I went to Walmart and bought 40 more. There are no dressers. No iron or board, only 2 low quality steamers. Went back to Walmart and bought iron and board. I would stay again, but a more thorough deep clean and better provisioning would be needed.

We came to Austin to celebrate our best friend's 25th Birthday and were so impressed by the property and all the amenities it offered! The pool was great, there was ample space, the seating was comfortable, and everything was clean and well organised!

Excellent experience
We were in Austin for an event at St Edwards University, which is an easy walk. The space is well designed woth 3 small bedroms which all had space for personal belongings. Common are is spacious and very comfortable, and kitchen is well desogned with everything we wanted. Especially appreciate the starter coffee packages! Host was very responsive to questions. We very much enjoyed our time there.

In Austin for a medical conference
The pictures of the inside of the house and the backyard were spot on! From the outside view I thought we were at the wrong house, at first! Everything inside was clean and neat and more than enough space for me and my 4 colleagues. Any issues we may have had with the property were addressed immediately. You can’t pay enough for service like that! It was just close enough to our medical venue to be convenient but far enough away for privacy. We opted to Uber throughout Austin and the Uber drivers were never further than 5 minutes away! I would definitely stay at the cowboy pool house again! Clean, with all modern appliances with a very attentive property management team!

Mid-week Getaway
We stayed with our family of four + a pup for an in-town staycation. The home is as good as advertised: comfy beds, well-stocked, great location, and the cowboy pool is an excellent touch. The property manager was helpful and responsive as well.

Everything was wonderful!
The location of this house couldn't be better - very close to everything we wanted to see, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. When I asked for a thinner pillow, the owners ordered one on Amazon and had it sent to our house that day! Managment was very responsive, and check-in was a breeze. The back yard is beautiful, completely enclosed, with a small pool, a fire table and plenty of seating. The house was clean and well-stocked. So happy we were able to stay here!

Girl's Trip
This property was perfect for a girl's trip! It's decorated really nicely. Not really walking distance to much, but a very quick drive to South Congress. Kitchen is pretty bare bones as far as what is supplied. Only had to get in contact with host once and they were great! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a cute place near South Congress.

Walkable South Austin Retreat
Great spaces inside and out! We loved the beautiful patio and large yard area to enjoy visiting in and around the Cowboy pool with our daughter and her husband. The open kitchen and living area was nice for evening relaxing. We also walked to great bakeries, coffee, and breakfast taco trucks.

Beautiful home
Visiting our college student son and brought mother in law. The house was immaculately clean, check in with the code lock was so easy, and we could walk to South Congress shops. Would be perfect for an extended stay, but unfortunately we only had a quick weekend. Would highly recommend!

Great property
We did a girls trip reunion and this house was perfect. The location was 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. The entire home was so clean… as if it was a brand new property. The cowboy pool was adorable and perfect for what we wanted/needed. We ate breakfast on the back deck every morning and played board games every night. Would highly recommend.

The house and location were great! The square footage was a bit small but the amazing backyard made up for it. The bedrooms were pretty tiny, and we struggled to fit pack n plays next to the beds. But overall, loved the house/decor/details. It was great for babies and toddlers, and in a very convenient location in Austin!

Clean, beautiful home in awesome location!
