House was spacious and well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. Wonderful for our family reunion. Backyard was nice playing area for grandkids. Best rental we’ve ever been in. Host was very responsive to our questions. And best of all there were no glitches.

Wonderful home!
This home was perfect for us. We loved the peaceful neighborhood, comfortable quarters ( the beds were sooo comfy), the great yard and the fabulous location. Our host was extremely thoughtful and went out of his way to accomodate an early check in. We could not have been happier.

Wonderful property in Barton Creek area!
Great communication from owner and flexibility. Property was very spacious and well kept. Nice back yard with chimnea. Great location in Barton Springs area. Central to most of Austin. Will definitely visit again!

Great House & Location
Such a wonderful space for a weekend getaway to Austin with family. We felt safe and there was so much room for all of us. The layout was perfect as were the amenities. We were able to check-in early and communication with the owner was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Great for families
We had a great time here, the house was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We were two families with eight people total and had plenty of space. The house was a great jumping-off point as well for visiting Austin. There were a few hiccups during our stay but John was very responsive and the issues were resolved quickly.

House is ok no luxury. The kitchenware should be replaced, should not rent a house with such ugly kitchenware. Pans, etc. There is only one small sofa at Living room, it does not accommodate more than 4 people. It is bad as it is supposed to be a house for 8+ people. There is no other furniture to seat and watch TV altogether.

Quiet and Perfectly Located
Our 4 adult children + 2 SO joined us parents for a family event in Westlake Hills. Very convenient - just a few minutes drive. Also LOVED a morning at Barton Springs Pool (even closer) to cool off in the 100 degree heat (thanks for the beach towels!). House is in a very quiet neighborhood of interesting homes - I would not throw a loud party here. Backyard small and lovely but it was too hot so we didn't really use. A/C worked well! Nice big range and cookware if you want to cook. Extra driveway parking at the side of the house was convenient. And finally, the easy and pleasant communication with John was icing on the cake.

Booked this property due to close proximity to wedding venue. It was totally ideal for our wedding activities- rehearsal cocktails- girls getting g ready. Everything was great and John was a great host! Totally recommend his place!

Lovely yard for entertaining
This was a lovely home to host a dinner party and the back yard is very pretty. The cantina lights over the patio were especially nice. We had no major issues and communication was good. It was a little unusual that there were several personal items from the homeowners (photos, kids memorabilia, etc). It didn’t bother us, but it’s just unlike other vacation rentals we’ve rented. The showers had water pressure issues and could not both be used simultaneously. The homeowner said the housekeeper checked after our stay and it was fine. The homeowner was helpful with getting an item we left behind for us to pick up. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this house!

First time in Austin
The location of this house was great! Close to many things we wanted to do. Our communication with John was excellent. The house had ample space, really liked the openess of it, comfy master bed and we enjoyed the outdoor area as we had our dog with us. Would definitely recommend!

Quiet Home in a quiet neighborhood
Host was great, location was great, home worked out perfectly for us, and we'd definitely book again if needed. It was nice being able to go back and forth from what we were doing to the home because of it's proximity to downtown and several other things to do.

Great kitchen with new appliances, 4 bedrooms incredibly roomy. Manager could not have responded faster. Good location on quiet street with lots of neighbors walking dogs, etc. great back yard for dogs.
