Just the idea of getting off work in the busy city of Austin and being able to arrive to such a secluded spot with the crew to mellow down was great ..plenty of beds towels easy check in check out bbq grilling etc great place definitely going to stay here again …

Expansive country getaway
We enjoyed staying in dripping springs at this central located home. We visited for a wedding, the venue was very close in addition to Hamilton pool and many other wineries and distilleries. We traveled with family and children and the kids enjoyed running around the expansive property.

Nice quiet roomy rustic retreat.
Pros: Lots of room for 10 adults attending wedding in Dripping Springs. Quiet rustic setting. Clean in and out. Cons No hair dryer. Wi-Fi doesn’t reach parts of house. Exterior kitchen door handle falls off when opened.

Summer Wedding
We selected this house to accommodate 3 different families for an August wedding we had in Wimberly, TX. We were very pleased with the separation of the house in that each family had their own section of the house. The house was very clean and spacious and provided lots of space for our families to spread out. As much positives as we could provide there were a few items that we thought could be improved on. The back portion of the house was VERY warm when we arrived. Although we reset the thermostat to 65, after an hour the temperature had only moved from 80 to 79 degrees. I will say that when I called Turnkey they were very prompt on getting someone to come check that the system was working properly. I think it was just the beginning of August and maybe the house had not been occupied in awhile. Additionally, we struggled with the gnats we assumed were coming from the sink. We did not have excessive food/dishes in the sink but continued to suffer from gnats flying around in the kitchen. Also, one of the master bedroom sinks did not drain very well and would fill up. Regardless of the above we loved the house and would stay again. The kids loved the corn hole game and would play daily. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed our time together, but separate.

Great spot for a family gathering
I had my extended family come in to celebrate my daughters college graduation. The house was roomy and comfortable and had enough privacy for all. There are great restaurants nearby and grocery stores within 10 minutes drive. We cooked and hung out on the property for a long weekend. I highly recommend the house.

Great place for a Hill Country getaway
We have rented this place to have a post-COVID get-together with friends. The place was beautiful and provided everything we could wish for. Everyone made a comment about how big the house was, because it is REALLY big. The screened outdoor area is nice to hang out and chat until early morning withoug having to worry about mosquitoes. The house is seccluded and has nice lawn all around where we hanged out also. It would be nice to have some blankets for sitting outside, but we improvized and everything worked out well. There are a lot of table games to entertain you and your friends, as well as a very well stocked kitchen to cook whatever you wish. The professional grade coffee maker was big help for making coffee for 15 ppl in the morning. Some equipment in the house is old (ex, toilet on the first floor) and kept malfunctioning on us, but that was a minor thing and didn't bother us much. Overall great place, would rent again.

This place is awesome, convenient, and comfortable! We had such a great time here! Towels were clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was pretty much provided for. It was a quiet place for some R&R after the wedding! Thank you for having us!

Comfortable ranch with lots to do
Being 30 minutes away from downtown Austin caused for some logistical issues, but we knew to plan for this. This is a great ranch with lots of different areas for people to hang out! There are a couple of acres to explore and the beds are very comfortable. Great stay for a family gathering

COVID Travel
I travelled with my family to celebrate a baby shower in the area. This house was perfect to house all of my family members and their spouses. The house was beautiful and fit a larger group perfectly. Though the driveway is hidden and a little hard to find, this place was amazing and allowed us to socially distance and enjoy family time together. Definitely recommend.

Great Place for a Large Family to Gather & Relax
The house had multiple living areas for everyone to relax. The property was large and they had a fire pit where we gathered at night & roasted marshmallows. There’s plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The house was very close to a river hike and a short drive to the lake. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Super amazing but needs a
Had a great time in this house. Tons of room and super cute, but lost power for the entire last day we were at the house. Luckily the second home kept its power. Just had to squeeze everyone on the couches and such. Good thing they have a sleeping bag and air mattress available.

Nice property
This is a spacious house set on a large wooded lot. The house was really too much for my family of seven but the location and price was right for the reason we came to the area. The upstairs A/C was not working (we knew about this before we arrived) and one of the three restrooms was out of order but we made it work fine with our group size.

A great multifamily vacation house!
The house, property, cleanliness and fun spaces were great. I loved the design of the spaces enabling privacy but togetherness. Our stay was for a wedding in Dripping Springs which leads to the only negative. I was unable to map the area accurately for the rehearsal dinner off a country rd. and the wedding east of Dripping Springs. However, i really love what you have done with your property.
