* Propiedad nueva para VRBO * House en el sur de Austin, junto a la I-35, a 15-20 minutos del centro de la ciudad a 20 minutos del hipódromo. La casa es ideal para personas que viajan por trabajo. A 17 minutos del ACL, a 2 minutos del centro comercial South Park Meadows, a 10-15 minutos del distrito de Soco y Sofi, tome un Uber o Lyft alrededor de $ 15 para ir al centro por la noche / día sin tráfico. A 20 minutos de San Marcos y 15 minutos al aeropuerto! La casa está decorada para mantener a Austin raro! Uber y Lyft son las mejores formas de evitarlo. Terrible place to stay in Austin
My family and I spent 2 nights at this property. I have used so many properties across US and in Europe and I never stayed in a property in such a poor condition. This property needs an immediate makeover. I can not believe Verbo allows this type of properties to be listed. Location of this property and neighborhood was not safe for family at all. Beds were very uncomfortable. Through out the house the smell of mold presence was present. Pressure of water for showering was very low. We needed to cook for our family gathering and i ended up purchasing my own pots and dishes. The pots and pans were not safe to cook in due to scratches and old without handles. descriptions and photos on the website for sure are the wrong representation of what you get. very unsatisfied and upset about the money I spent on this place. Backyard was disaster. This house is in need of a major face lift. I do not recommend this property at all. Will make sure I let Verbo knows about it.

Clean and safe
brother, dad, and I stayed here for the COTA race and UT-UGA football game. The unit is older but very clean and the location away from downtown made traveling tot he airport and race track much easier. Even with a few Ubers to/from the stadium area we more than recouped the savings from not staying at a hotel downtown. The only downside was the dogs next door. We planned to sit outside our first night but the dogs were right at the fence barking from the time we got there and through the night. Fortunately, they were taken inside the following two nights.

In town for a wedding. House was centrally located for all our destinations. House was very clean & well stocked with necessities. Neal was very accessible. Would recommend this location.

Great stay Texas Vacation
The place was amazing! Very clean and cold ac! Amenities were great! Beds are very comfortable and clean! Only thing I would say is the shower head upstairs has low pressure and was leaking a little, just a quick tightening and it was fine but still low water pressure. Otherwise amazing place to stay and very professional and friendly owners!

Nice home.
Everything was fairly nice in the home. The grass was really overgrown though and needed some attention. The towels were in the dryer and not folded and put away. So we had to search for them. The carpet could have been vacummed a bit more because there was long hair in the master bedroom. Also the trash cans were pretty full when we added our own trash but yet we put them to the street anyway. The water pressure is extremely low in the showers so that did not make that too enjoyable. It was a nice stay just needed some minor improvements.

Great Location in South Austin
This is our 2nd time at this home. The property manager is easy to communicate with and provides information without "over communicating", as we've experienced in some locations. The property is very clean with a nice variety of pantry items available, with modern appliances and televisions in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and 2 more in other areas of the home, so that guests have options. This property is in a fantastic location, close to major streets, highways and freeways and especially close to a Target, HEB and Walmart not to mention a JC Penny for those last minute wardrobe needs.

The location was great most of the stuff we went to go do was either 20 minutes away or less so it was awesome to be like five minutes away from HEB already had stuff inside the place for the people which is great like towels and stuff the cleanliness was great the property manager was great at messaging us getting back to us if we had a question super fast Had a great time

Nice enough house, but 1st thing noticed was no smoke detectors, only in master bedroom. They were missing from all the other holders. With a group of 8, we needed the extra sleeping spaces. No sheets, no extra blankets. 2 bath towels provided in each bath; we had to retrieve the others from the dryer. Very low water pressure. 1 regular size couch and 1 chair in living space cannot accommodate 8 people. Back yard not mowed. Keurig didn't work and no filters for other coffee pot. Don't book your larger group here.

Good location
It was a good location and a great house for the 6 of us needed. It was clean, nice size downstairs. My only negative review is the shower. Hardly any water dripped out of the master bath shower. Other than that, it was a nice quiet neighborhood and the host was commutative.

Beautiful house, perfect getaway
The house was really homey, and the kitchen was the perfect size to be able to cook meals together. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing. It was perfectly secluded, and the backyard was a great place to spend time together too.

Texas Vacation
My family is from Kentucky, and we had a great time. The house was clean and nice. We felt right at home in this property. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The property location is 15 minutes from the airport and there was a grocery store right up the street so, access to food was easy to stock the refrigerator. There were also several restaurants location within a 5-minute drive.
