House was picked up but filthy, all ceiling fans had at least 3inches of dust on them, vents very dirty, tons of long black hair in the bath tub, long black hair in the bed and on top of the bed spread not sure the house was cleaned or the sheets were cleaned,coffee pot dirty

Great place to stay in Austin!

Great location, super close to UT, LBJ library, and great BBQ. Very clean and quiet, appreciated the driveway for parking. Would definitely stay here again. Nicely supplied with kitchen needs.

Cute property

This was such a great place. I will def stay here again when we come to Austin. I cooked a meal in their fully funished kitchen and we walked home from a concert at the Moody Center. My dog loved having the yard. And the porch on this house is the best for a good picture with its back drop.

Great stay. Comfy bed and lots of room. Seemed clean but after staying one night we were out for a while and when we came back there was a strange pet smell. We sprayed febreeze and never smelled it again. Weird. All in all a great place!

Very clean home close to downtown

The home was spotless upon arrival. It was very convenient being so close to downtown with all the sites to see and restaurants to visit as well as the university just down the road. The house and property are very nice and kept up well and proved perfect for my week long stay in Austin.

Very roomy. Great bed, comfortable sofa. Nice little fenced yard. The only issue - the shower was dark and the curtain liner was dirty. Maybe a new clear curtain? Everything else was fabulous!

Great location

Property very clean and competitively priced compared to other similar options. Only about a five minute ride share to downtown. We were able to fit a full size truck and SUV in the parking spots available, but it was a very tight fit. Property was much larger than I expected, which was a nice bonus. Fully stocked kitchen to where we could make a full breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend to anyone looking.

Great Place for Dogs

We stayed in this rental for almost 9 weeks while our home was being renovated. It is exactly as described in the listing. It's comfortable and furnished nicely. The bed is comfortable. The fenced in yard is perfect for dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for Baseball and Softball at UT

Came down to enjoy a weekend watching state softball. It ended up raining a lot so a lot more time was spent in the house than planned but it worked out! The place is in a great location to Uber or hop on a scooter and cruise around. The house is a comfortable size, clean, good water pressure, and quiet! Will come here again for future stays!

Great, convenient location

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for what we were looking for and convenient to lots of restaurants. This was a great 1 bedroom space with a very large living room/kitchen area which made a great space to have some family over for dinner. The house was perfectly fine in terms of cleanliness, but some things could have been better, like the bath mat was quite dirty and could use a wash. But overall it was great and would stay again!
