We stayed at this property over the last weekend, and, unfortunately, the property was not as listed on the VRBO site. The beds were listed as double beds in 2 rooms and 1 king bed in the master. We showed up to 2 twin beds in one room and 2 double beds in one room and a king in the master - this did not match our needs with a house full of only adults. Additionally, the internet does not work, none of the TVs are connected to anything, so you can't watch anything on them (and without a working internet, there was no way to stream anything from our devices onto them). When we notified vacasa customer service, quite frankly, we got the run around. They didn't know what was listed on VRBO about the bed and room layout and never even tried to address the internet issues. We had to send them screenshots of the incorrect listing along with pictures of the rooms as they were, and we, to this day, have not received a response that addresses the issues. My take is that vacasa is a company with many properties they cannot adequately manage and support from a customer service perspective - from our experience, you should not a) expect their listings to be correct regarding the amenities, rooms, and beds and b) expect any sort of support should something not be correct or working right - it was a horrendous experience. In the future, we will avoid any properties owned/managed by vacasa.
