“We had a great stay at Clarksville Sundown. Wonderful neighborhood, very safe and conveniently located. I lived in Clarksville in the late 80s, so I was familiar with the area. The home was very clean and comfortable. I've already booked a return trip later this year. ”

“Our 6 Bedroom house in the historic Clarksville neighborhood in Austin, Texas was perfect! Our tennis team of 8 came to Austin for a 3-night stay to watch the ATX Tennis tournament. The house is divided into two units - both upstairs and downstairs units had 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The only downside was having to walk up the outside stairs to get from one unit to the other. The bedrooms were great - more than enough beds for the 8 of us. The living room area had ample space for us to gather, and...

“What a great spot. Prime location, easy parking and plenty of comforts. Love the hot shower and water pressure. Bed were comfortable and large sitting area for visits and catching up with friends. Kitchen was well stocked. High recommend!”

“Perfect for gathering friends and family together! Enough space to step away and have some alone time. Fire safety system is impressive. Each room has its own air system allowing for temperature control. May have some sound proofing because even with being loud others sleeping did not hear the group. ”
