Awesome stay
This place was darling. We enjoyed the river across the street, watching the ferry. Beautiful sunsets. The town was quaint and quiet. The house was perfect for the two of us, but roomy enough for 2 more. Nice parking situation. If we ever get back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive and helpful. And the neighbors are super friendly and helpful.

River Front!!
What a fantastic town home!!! We loved it so much! Our only regret is not finding it sooner! We came in town for our daughter's wedding and stayed there for the weekend. I wish we had more time to just relax there because this rental is outstanding and very close to the Beehive Restaurant and everything else in town. We highly recommend it! The owner was super nice and super helpful on places to go and eat, etc. Rent it!! You won’t regret it!! ❤️

Better than expected.
Very clean and well decorated for the vintage of the house. The Ohio River was such an added amenity, with the ferry to watch. All the establishments we wanted to visit were in walking distance with very friendly personnel. The place has nice benches to sit outside with a convenient parking area in the back. We had the honor to meet the Mayor, who was a delight in itself.

Awesome quick “Breather” in Augusta
Loved sitting and watching the ferry go back and forth. House is well appointed and clean. Cute kitchen, awesome use of limited space. House is over 200 years old and had a slight damp/musty smell. Didn’t bother us but if you’d re super sensitive you may notice it. Also, the steps are VERY steep..so take heed of the warnings if you have any trouble with stairs.

Excellent Owner - High Degree of Caring
Worked closely with Owner to help resolve small issue. I would rent his properties anytime. Communication was GREAT !!! This place has one of the best views in the Town of Augusta, KY. The town people are super freindly and peaceful stay. General Store has the BEST hamburgers 🍔 along with good home cooking. Most Relaxing Vacation ever.
