This was a terrible experience. I had booked this room for a week. I traveled from the US to visit family and when I tried to check in the told me the rooms had been over booked and it was unavailable. Although it was fully paid for. Their only solution was for myself and my 2 toddlers to stay at another of their locations 50 minutes away!!!! Other than that, nothing they could do. Hotels.com wasn’t any help either, after being on the phone for over an hour I was disconnected and then unable to get in touch with other a representative that evening. I’m still waiting on my money to be refunded….
(I can’t giving a review of the actual room as I didn’t even get the opportunity to see it)
