The check-in process was inadequate. The address given was not the actual address of the property. The actual entry was on a street behind the address given. after much anxious searching, I accidentally went to the opposite side of the address given, where I found a woman about to leave. She was not the manager of the property I rented, but worked for Magnolia. She knew the door pass-code and the door code to the apartment. That part of my experience was not good. I would have gone to a local hotel, if I had not accidentally found the woman who helped me. The phone number listed for the manager was unhelpfull. The arrival address and regiatration part of the process badly needs work
