Fun Family Getaway
The bunkhouse was very clean and homey. Nice picnic table, fire pit, and grill in the backyard to hangout in the evening. Our 2 year old loved getting to watch/pet the horses over the fence and see the cows at the surrounding properties. Had a fun time visiting nearby Ray Roberts Lake State Park, Western Son Distillery, Sharkosa Zoo, and Union Bear Brewing when we weren't at the property.

Fantastic place!

This bunk house is perfect. My daughters loved the rustic decor, feeding the horses and watching the long horns. It was the perfect spring break for me and my girls with plenty of space . It’s close to the ray Robert lake for an afternoon picnic and the tulip ranch for flowers and photos.

XO marriage get away
We stayed here for our XO marriage conference in Grapevine. Not a far drive in our opinion, and well worth the stay. The home had such a warm and cozy feel with a modern feel. Will be back for sure. Clean and smelled good! Beautiful views of the live stock. Roaming around the property. Both my wife and I loved the place

My favorite weekend getaway EVER
My hubby and I have stayed at many VRBO’s all across the country. This is my favorite by far. It is so thoughtfully laid out and spotlessly clean. We loved being right next to horses and cattle on this working ranch—I just can’t tell you how peaceful the bunkhouse is! I wish we could move in and stay forever. Thank you to our gracious hosts, too. We will be back often.

I want to buy it and live there!
This place is pristine. Smells so new and fresh, but without any kind of fragrance which I am allergic to. Extremely well appointed in the kitchen. Truly a wonderful place that we would like to live in. Will definitely be coming back.

Quiet Stay!
The Bunkhouse was perfect! The home is clean and spacious. Check in was spot on and issue free. The area is quiet and peaceful. Communication with Julie was easy and always helpful! I would definitely recommend a stay here and will stay here again if it's available when we come to the Dallas area.

Great views and hosts
If you like waking up to a view of horses and cattle grazing, this is your place. Very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were more than accomodating and really nice people. Area has outdoor options for hiking, horse back riding, and there seem to be a lot of wedding/special event venues close by too.

Perfect home away from home!
Came for my birthday weekend to catch up with some friends in the DFW area, accommodations were pleasant and comfortable, will definitely be our go to when in town. Julie is a fantastic host and very pleasant. Horses a delight.
