For the most part, we had a good stay at this property. Free Parking was easy to find and accessible, and the property was only 0.3 miles away from the boardwalk, which is where we spent most of our time.
It was clean for the most part, including in the more important areas (i.e. bed was clean, etc.). The kitchen sink was clogged from presumably the previous renters, but we just used the bathroom sink instead. We did run out of the provided toilet paper and had to buy more, as well as had to use hand soap from the large refill bottle rather than from a small bottle, which we also presumed was accidentally thrown out. We were also unable to run the dishwasher per the host’s request due to there being no more dishwasher pods. But all of this that I’ve said so far didn’t affect our stay too much.
The only real issue we ran into was that the keypad on the door stopped working and we were unable to lock the door for most of the trip. I contacted the host and she got back to me quickly, but since we didn’t have any valuables in the property and the property is very out of the way/goes unnoticed by people passing by, it wasn’t too much of a concern.
I disagree with the reviews that claim this place advertised as larger than it is, because I think the photos well capture what the property looks like. I don’t think it’s too small for 2 people and unless you’re going to be holed up in the property for the duration of your stay, it’s a great stay for people looking to explore.
