Dont do it! Went fiahing for 10 hours and came back to a notice from the ciry that the house was condemned and bit fit for human habitation. Cut our fishing trip short. Lost money that we paid for parking. Drove home with no aleep.

Old poorly renovated house located in a rough neighborhood next to a crack house. Get a hotel...

While the house worked for 4 dudes in town for a bachelor party, it was poor at best. Upon our initial walk to the house, we quickly realized that it's located in a rough neighborhood next to what appears to be a crack house. There were kids outside running around with a 2x4 and the other one was throwing a brick around.The house is older and you can tell that the bare minimum was put into it to make it rentable. A window was replaced on the door which appeared to be punched out previously. Shower fixtures work only if you say multiple hail Mary's and barely turn the handle. Only 2 towels were provided for 4 adults which they were notified about the number of adults prior to our arrival. The house had a fly, roach, bug, and mouse issue. We were greeted by a large alien looking centipede thing. That night, I was approached by a roach on the stairway that wouldn't let me pass until I defeated it. That morning I was greeted by a mouse in the bathroom.On top of this, the host constantly messaged me about the rules, checking the status of our stay, and what to do when we leave. However, they failed to respond to the multiple messages I left them about the bug, mouse, towel, and crack house issue. As far as local rentals go, it is one of the cheapest ones in the area but you have to be prepared to battle mice, bugs, and locals wielding 2x4s and bricks. Also, be prepared for the host to maintain no contact with you about these issues. And bring your own towels.

.was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The place was in very poor condition—dusty, rusty, with cracked furniture and walls. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, causing body aches. My daughter woke up with what appeared to be a bedbug bite, and my boyfriend had visible spring marks on his back from the mattress. The comforters didn’t seem washed, and the bunk bed was unstable and unsafe for children, so I didn’t allow my kids to sleep on it. The stairs were creaky and felt unsafe. Only two large towels and four small ones were provided for six guests. One towel was ripped and another had gum stuck to it—absolutely disgusting. The kitchen was filled with flies and everything was dusty. One of the cups even had stains that made it unusable. Outside, near the garbage bins, there were cockroaches which scared the kids. To make things worse, it was noisy early in the morning due to birds, garbage trucks, and people outside. We were also misled about parking—there was no on-site parking as advertised, and I was warned that I could be towed. The neighborhood felt sketchy and unsafe. This property is not suitable for guests in its current condition and needs a complete upgrade. I would not recommend it to anyone. I need a refund.

This place was fine for my group. We are all mid-30s. I wouldn’t recommend this place to people with children. The interior is nice but the area is rough. The host and management were great and accommodating. There was big flies everywhere in the kitchen and trash all of the outside.

Infested with flies, mice and no response from owners.

Uncomfortable amount of large black flies. The flies gathered around our food as we attempted to have dinner in the home. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The seemed to multiply the longer we were there.Sleeping surrounded by flies was not restful at all. In the early morning, a large rodent ran through the bathroom. With all of the fees, including cleaning fees, it is difficult for me to believe this home was cleaned properly or this problem would have been noticed and should have been remediated before welcoming quests.I have shared these details with the owners and requested a portion of our money back. The owners have not responded after several attempts and 3 days of waiting.

Very nice stay!!

We had a great time staying at this property. Would have loved to have parking near the property. The place is close to boardwalk. Would recommend for Fridays who want to do a staycation..

Atlantic City Trip

My friends and I spent 3 days, 2 nights in Atlantic City for my 21st birthday. The house was true to its photos, clean, spacious, and very close to the boardwalk, beach, and casinos. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and everyone was comfortable and had a great time!

Had a great time!

House was great, easily fit my group of 5 and had 2 extra beds. Everything you would need is in walking distance if you don't feel like driving. Mike and Jessi checked in often but not bothersome, and they even let me book an additional day once we decided to stay for longer
