Check in at the Hanscom was easy, we were able to jump into a 15 minute spot to get our code and move our luggage in. While you can pay for parking adjacent to the condo, I found on-street parking two blocks down that was free for the duration of our stay.
The Pros: We were a block off the boardwalk/beach. For those who know OCNJ; we had quick access to Manco Pizza, Kohrs, and Johnsons Popcorn. The condo had free wifi, and included the use of 3 beach tags, which is a nice savings. Decent size smart TV, which we used with our personal Hulu streaming account. The window sills were deep enough for storage, and I was able to rest my CPAP next to the window AC. It was also an easy walk from the Hanscom to the downtown for shopping and meals(be sure to hit up Hooked on Breakfast on Asbury).
The Opportunities: Its at its best when there are two people. Our adult son joined us for one day, and at three adults it gets a bit tight. There are two chairs by default at the kitchen table. It might be nice if there was some sort of folding chair in the closet on the off chance that you are staying with three. The walls are not the most soundproof, as we heard people slamming their door down the hall(getting the keypad to close the door took a moment to decipher).
All in all, it was a great stay for a long weekend.
