Cozy and Clean !
Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year !

We recently stayed at this cozy studio apartment in Brigantine, New Jersey, and had a fantastic experience! The host was extremely responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. They also went above and beyond by leaving treats and bottled water for us upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing beach getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great get away
Everything was neat and clean. The apartment was very close to beach and restaurants. The only drawback or misunderstanding on my part was that we thought it was a one bedroom apartment but it was a studio apartment. The description on the listing made it seem as if it was a one bedroom apartment. otherwise everything was very nice!

Great Weekend
My wife and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. Condo was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Joe was very responsive with any questions we had and great to work with. We will definitely be back for another stay soon. Highly recommended! 5+ Stars

Perfect Quiet and clean condo
What a wonderful property! The condo is clean , comfortable, and well furnished! Everything is new and well maintained! The beach is close by and the little balcony is wonderful for drinks. The owners are friendly and helpful. A wonderful escape for peace and quiet. I would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Joe was a great host place was spotless and loaded with anything you could need. Will definitely be coming back fit our needs perfectly with access to the pool and a short walk to the beach

Cute Getaway
We had a fantastic stay here. Don’t judge a book buy its cover. The outside of the building is a little dated but the owner did an amazing job of renovating the inside to be a wonderful little oasis. While the room is small it’s also a perfect size which a built in custom bed frame that allows you to separate that space from the rest of the studio apartment. It’s only a few blocks from the beach so really easy to get to. Be aware that the beach is really wide at this point so it’s more like a 10 min walk to the actual sand vs a 5 min, but it’s a cute walk through the natural flora. All in all it was really cute and would definitely stay there again.

Family Beach Weekend
Immaculate accommodations. Nothing overlooked. A perfect little place for our little family weekend. Brigantine Beach couldn't have been more inviting and fun for all of us. We had a great time!

Lovely condo
This condo was perfect for a long weekend stay at the beach. It is comfortable, very clean and only a block to the sand. The owner is highly responsive and goes above and beyond to make the stay relaxing and easy.

fantastic stay!
this little condo was perfect! they've done an amazing job decorating it. its small - its essentially a studio - but the furnishings are fantastic, everything is provided, the place is very comfortable and looks very classy, and its a block to the beach - what more can you ask for?

Exceeded all expectations!
We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this lovely studio condo! It was spotless and obviously had been renovated with care and attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes, glasses and all the supplies you could need. A cute detail was the bottle of wine, Hershey kisses and biscotti! The patio was adorable and the bathroom had all of the amenities you’d ever need, and the eucalyptus was a nice touch! The bed was very comfortable with a ceiling fan and a well crafted platform that offered a creative way to allow for privacy with the curtains that framed it. It was also very quiet! We never heard any of the other neighbors. The beach was easy to get to and not crowded. The community pool was also a great way to cool off and had plenty of comfortable seats. The owners didn’t skimp on a thing! I’d highly recommend! And we look forward to coming back!

Little Piece of Heaven
My partner and I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful condo. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The beach is clean and not crowded. The place is impeccably clean, artistically decorated and stocked with thoughtful treats like coffee, sugar, cream, biscotti from the local bakery and a bottle of wine! We didn’t have to bring any heavy things like beach chairs, everything was provided. The bathroom was stuffed with all necessities from towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash to the q-tips and even and even a bunch of eucalyptus! The bed was comfortable and the curtains gave a magical touch. We are definitely coming back for more memories. Thank you <3
