Recent Stay
Great location and owner allowed us to check in early upon request. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Most bulbs were burnt out. Had to buy our own toilet paper and washclothes. Microwave didnt work.

The house was exactly what we needed. It was beautiful inside, very clean and a perfect location for beach access. The owner was extremely accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back again.

Comfy Stay
Wish it was a pleasure trip that brought us to Brigantine. It was nice to come back to a clean and comfortable house. Couch is welcoming and had several good night sleeps. Added bonus was the short walk to view the ocean.

Fresh, clean, cute, and beachy!
We recently spent a week at this cozy cottage truly just steps away from the beach. We found the property to be exactly as pictured, and just the perfect place for a retired couple to spend some "chill" time, and enjoy the ocean. The kitchen looks to be recently renovated and nicely done, and while we didn't do a lot of cooking (there are great restaurants on the island), it had an adequate supply of kitchen utensils, plates, and pans for our needs. However, the spacious cabinets were mostly empty. If you plan on a lot of 'home' cooking, this kitchen may not have what you need. Likewise, there were not an abundance of towels, and it would be helpful, with the beach so close to have a few more. The beds could be improved and brought up to the standard of the rest of the house; the master bedroom bed was small and "creaky". We chose to stay in separate rooms. On the other hand when, there was a slight leak with one of the air conditioners- which kept it super cool- the owner was very responsive in getting it fixed without ever bothering our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely beach home a few steps away from the ocean.
We were received with a clean and comfortable cozy beach house. The beach was perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Ideal place for the family and very close to Atlantic City. I would highly recommend Matt's beach home to anyone else who wants to enjoy a quiet beach.

Great long weekend
My mother and I recently stayed for a long weekend, and this beach house fit the bill perfectly. The location is so convenient. You can practically see the sun rising over the dunes from the living room window. Just a 20 second walk, and you are on the beach. Clean, convenient, nicely appointed, and Matt was a delight to work with. We will definitely be returning.

Very neat, clean and updated!
It was the cutest little bungalow! Very Comfortable for us( 2 adults, 2 children) perfect location on the N. end of the island and a hop, skip and jump to the beach. I would love to see the other side of the house with the top deck. I would definitely rent again in the future and Matt, the owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with! We Love Brigantine Island!!!!

Great place to stay!
We stayed at this property last week and had such a great time. It's right across the street from the beach and the beaches were awesome, clean and not too crowded. The house is perfect for a family of four and walking distance to a great breakfast place. Not too far of a drive to Ocean City boardwalk and Brigantine had a great playground that my girls LOVED! The owner Matt was quick to answer any questions or concerns. We would 100% stay here again.
