Vacation rental

We had a great stay! The property was family friendly with a great pool for kids. The condo was perfect for our family of 3. It was comfortable and had everything that we needed, including sand toys! We will likely return here in the future. The property owner was very responsive and kind.

We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo—perfect for a family vacation! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The balcony view of the ocean was beautiful, and it was just a short, easy walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the whole property felt welcoming and well-maintained. The host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!!

We absolutely loved our stay & it was perfect for my family. My kids (ages 2 &4) loved the water slide. The quick access to the beach was perfect. Steve’s place is very clean & supplied us with all the basic things we needed. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property! Very clean, bright and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and super helpful with anything we needed. condo is small but ok . gallery kitchen is extremely narrow with no work space . don't expect to cook..its ok for prep and fast food. living room is very nice as are bedrooms. master bath fan did not work and was full of old dust and dirt. we told owner and he was going to address the problem. No hairdryer..He was not accommodating about getting one since the last people must have taken it. The property was well kept and very easy access to the beach. Pool was great. They have grills there and plenty of space for family gathering... there were 30 of us and we had lots of room to barbecue on the property.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful and well cared for. A place at the beach is a fantastic place to stay with many amenities. I would love to come back and stay here with my adult friends. For full disclosure- I probably wouldnt come to this location with my kids. There is no tv in the room with the bunk beds and the owner requests that no one eat on the bunk beds and children dont eat in the couch. That leaves the small table or the floor. But it is a beautifully decorated and well taken care of condo that i absolutely would come back to with other adults.

Such a wonderful place!

Everything about this place is just wonderful and excellent along with the host. Definitely will be booking again here. The place has so much amenities that we didnt get around to do, but the pool was definitely a big hit with the kids.

This location was perfect for a little early beach getaway. The accommodations are just right for a small group of adults or a young family.I would totally reserve this location again. The condo owner was in full communication the whole time and it met all of our expectations. His expectations were also very clear to us. The checkout process was very easy.

Family wedding

Our grandsons wedding was why we traveled to this area. The condo was great for our visit, it’s cozy and had most anything we needed. The price was appropriate for the accommodation. Convenient to other places in the area

Wonderful condo with great host.

We stayed 3 nights in late March as part of our spring break. Steve is a phenomenal host and the communication with his was fantastic. The condo is the other side of a dune from the beach and comes with beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. We loved the condo, the locations, and the amenities. If we go back to Atlantic Beach, we will absolutely book again,
