The Crows Nest was a cute condo, great value, perfect location and had just about everything we needed for a long weekend. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Vacasa. Their check-in/check-out process is a pain and while they appear to be concerned with your satisfaction they do no follow-up. Upon our arrival, my daughter hit her foot on a popped nail on the deck. I get that stuff happens but there was A LOT of blood involved so when I tried to get everything cleaned up, there was nothing for me to do it with. I started wiping the floors with windex and paper towels only to discover the floors were filthy, not even sure when the last time was they were mopped. I called Vacasa on Friday, to request assistance with the nail, as there were no tools in the house to allow me to fix it, they didn't call back until Sunday morning. I had already tracked down a hammer myself and fixed it by that time. When I text Vacasa about the filthy floor, they kept asking for pictures, which I kept sending but they never dropped anything off for me to clean the floors with. Our experience was unfortunate because had it not been for Vacasa, I probably would stay here again.
