Lovedddd it!!
If you’re thinking of booking this property, do it! The location is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet, and the property is well kept and very homey. Jayla, our host, was very kind and responded to all of my messages promptly. The videos she sent to help locate the unit and parking were a big help as well. We would definitely book again!

Great Stay
We had about a week stay.. Apartment was nice and we fit right in. Parking is a hassle but that’s everywhere in Atlanta.. Jayla was very nice and responded quickly whenever we reached out. Neighborhood is in the middle of downtown Atlanta so really close to a lot. Overall stay 8.5/10 !

Great place and location!!
We absolutely loved staying in this downtown apartment. The instructions given by the owner were very straight forward on exactly what to do when parking and then getting into the building. We loved the location of this place since it was in the downtown area with 5-10 min drives to everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Not what was advertised
The listing says "sleeps four." There is one queen bed. The couch is not a pullout. After some searching, we found an air mattress. Really? An air mattress is fine for kids, but if a property says sleeps four, I expect four actual bedding places. This should be listed "sleeps 2 plus air mattress. The property access instructions do not tell you which building to go to; you have to deduce it from the apartment number. The instructions also give the wrong password to use in the mandatory phone app to unlock the doors. There were security officers standing watch in the street. Is that a good thing, or something to make you concerned? Property parking is $2/hr unless you can nab a street spot. Once finally inside, the space is clean, but yikes they hope you like green and gold. Hello 1982! The cookware is a total of two small pots and a (dirty) crockpot, but there are lots of dishes? There was no view of downtown, just one or two buildings through trees from the balcony. And again, ONE BED. Very sorry to say this was a totally unacceptable experience.

Good Location
This was a nice place. In the center of town with easy access to food delivery, car ride services and all the venues. It was clean, the decor was great and the right amount of space. If an option will stay again. Thank you Jayla 😊

One night stay.
Our communication between the management started off rocky. I almost thought it was a scam just because I kept getting the run around and not getting adequate communication or information from the management team. We finally received our information about the place to get in the day before we arrived felt more like hours before we arrived from our six hour drive. I’ve been going back and fourth with the manager about how I should be getting into the building. Also, where we should park due to two separate locations. I was previously reading reviews about others not being able to park or being towed. So I wanted to make sure before we got there that we had adequate parking and it wasn’t going to be a issue. When we arrived it was late and the door to get in the stair way is locked upon arrival. Which makes it difficult when you have a run of belongings with you and it raining out to get in a timely manner and not get soaked. When going through to find the room it’s a little difficult to find. But we finally found it after going up and down the elevator a few times. When arriving we walked in the door with a code and everything was as pictured in the photos, however there were a ton of stink bugs outside on the back porch. The apartment had a funny smell to it and we never used the shower due to it being yellow in the tub. Glad we only stayed one night. Overall, not the best location in town. But if your there for one night it’s not to terrible.Maybe work on sending info sooner

To many known issues
Problems Host knew the washer and dryer were not working properly. Kept us up for hours due to noise and took over 10 hours to wash and dry clothes. Gnats and ants were in the apartment, gnats were noticed on the first day and increasingly got worse by the days. Ants were found the last night/checkout morning all over bedside tables and in the closet. Which of course got into our suitcases. We received a $55 parking ticket on day 2, we were instructed to register the vehicle. Which was registered for seven days for our 6 day stay. I have to either pay the ticket or appeal the ticket. Overall cleanliness was OK. But could be better, looks like a rushed job. the walls could use some attention. There were belongings of other guests behind bedside tables. Hosts response/solutions Host was aware washer and dryer were not working properly but did not inform us until we brought forward the issue. Host was aware of the gnat problem & thought they had found a solution for them. Ants were not known about and I was offered $20 off my cleaning fee. After receiving the ticket Host said parking passes expire on day two…when the host knew it was a 6 day stay. This was never mentioned or posted in parking garage. Overall stay was a 4/10 won’t be staying here again or referring others.

Nice, but not great
-The place was very clean - the smell of cleaning products was pretty strong. -Traffic noise is pretty loud at night. Bring ear plugs. -Be sure to bring all your needed supplies for bathroom- none of the supplies listed were provided. -Only 1 towel/1 washcloth was available for each of us. When asked for additional towels, reply was that only 1 set per person. -It was in the 90s, we stayed 4 days/3 nights. How do you swim and shower with only 1 towel? We did not go swimming. -No hand towels supplied for bathroom or kitchen - we were told to use paper towel. -The couch is very pretty, but has no cushioning. You will feel the wood slats when you sit down. -No toaster. -Welcome Book went to spam. Had to call for instructions. Very confusing to say the least. We struggled with the doors until a tenant told us how to get them open. -Some repairs needed: kitchen sink faucet very loose; hornets nest on balcony; bathroom sink drains very slowly; toilet seat lid is broken; and when you open the refrigerator, the rubber gasket falls off. It was close to the stadium where we attended a concert. The security personnel were super friendly and helpful.

Nice Host, not so nice experience.
Great property, however the checking in process was so very lengthy. Way too much information to read through and watch, making checking in take way more time than it has to. The parking was terrible. The unit was clean though and Host was accommodating with me. Overall, I wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Cute and clean apartment!
The property is as advertised! Absolutely adorable and clean!! We loved sitting outside on the balcony! There’s even a rooftop sitting area with great views of the city! The property setup is a little confusing but its an easy adjustment. The host is responsive and helped us get to where we needed to go. She is really sweet!

Beautiful place and great location.
Jay was wonderful to work with and made the process simple. The place was beautiful and smelled fantastic. Felt like home and was in walking distance of a lot of things. If we ever return to Atlanta, we will be coming back!
