The house was extremely nice, spaclous and decorated tastefully. There was enough room for my family to enjoy and be comfortable. However, there were rules in place that made us feel we were not responsible guests. Very unfortunate!

Great Potential
This home has great potential. Area is a little run down but you can tell it's in the middle of being upgraded. I’ll start with the Cons:Walls, baseboards are marked up. Scuffed, dirty or marked up walls can make a home feel dirtier than it is. A fresh coat of paint and attention to detail when cleaning baseboards and corners would help a lot. The trash bags need to fit the trash can and there needs to be a trashcan with a top. Even with the trashcan being in the closet, it smells every time you open it and you have to reach inside to make sure the bag is open enough for trash. The lowest rating I would give would be to the Beds and pillows. The pillows were all flat and we had to buy our own. The mattresses were hard and so uncomfortable. The room with (2) double beds was the worse. I believe the thought process sometimes is that a room that may be for kids doesn't have to have comfortable beds. We had (2) teenage cheerleaders staying in this room and they woke up sore every morning. They were truly overly firm and uncomfortable. Pros: Nice, updated, Modern home.Had all the amenities needed. GREAT GREAT communication from the host. Close to the airport, GICC and downtown. Great back yard. Great space for families. Nice, well-equipped Kitchen. Would stay Again!!

Decent property my with a host that wants to make things right
First of all, this is a perfectly suitable listing. The house is so big, we just had two people in our party but it could accommodate a large family very comfortably. The location was super convenient, I could get most places within 20minutes - even in traffic. The house was clean enough, there were a few bits here and there but generally clean. The entire property could do with a coat of paint and a magic eraser. Previous tenants have been there and you can tell. Here’s what I’ll tell you, I’d stay there again. The property owner was super kind and worked to right an issue that was having ultimately accommodating me and fulfilling their responsibilities with respect and generosity. Thankful for the place to stay. We had a great time.

Good for short visits
Overall not too bad for short visits and the location. The property manager was very responsive and open but had smell of smoke and marijuana upon arrival, however the manager was open about trying to clean as much as possible before so there was a strong bleach smell but still could smell it. Recommend having plug ins for the freshness. Also the remotes did not have backs and batteries didn’t work. Also recommend replacing the washing machine the tub was very stained. Should dust vents. Remove the shag shower mats and replace with better mats. and lastly recommend providing some kcups or Some snacks or waters. Overall, it was convenient to everything in the area and a park. I can see they have some bad tenants that have ruined it for a lot but a little more initiatives to make better for us good tenants. Thank you though property manager for the communication.

Amazing Host in Safe Neighborhood
The communication that I had from the host was the best that I have ever had whenever staying at a short term rental. They were in constant communication about anything that we needed or had to say before, during, and after our stay. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to downtown as we felt this even whenever getting back late in the evening from attending downtown events. The house is newly renovated and our only true problem with the house was the cleanliness of it. We stayed early in January so this may have been extra messy from the previous group who could have been partying for the new year not following all house rules. The fault may be on the cleaning crew and not even on the host themselves, but it still was a big inconvenience to the members of our trip as it did not even look like the place had been cleaned before we arrived. However, with a proper professional deep clean this review would go up to a 5 star. A few things to note: there were not additional blankets in the house if need and all cars that entered the driveway (including ours and multiple large suv Ubers) bottomed out where the driveway and road connect.

Disappointed
I was disappointed with my stay. Upon arriving at the property, I tried to enter the code to open the door. However, the lock did not work because the door was unlocked. I was greeted by the smell of marijuana upon walking into the house. Finally, although the property appeared to be nicely renovated and very clean, none of the doors in the house would remain closed and I noticed a few bugs in the property. On a positive note, I will say the owner of the property was very responsive to attempts to reach him.

A Wonderful Weekend
This was not my first stay at this property, which speaks to my level of contentment with the property and Kantroy, as a host. This experience was just as nice and pleasant as my previous. I booked this property for a "staycation" for my birthday weekend. I had a few friends over (with consent from the owner) for an intimate celebration. Not only were there a myriad of things to do that were offered (e.g, putting range, board games, streaming services, etc.), Kantroy was also super attentive and very considerate. I HIGHLY recommend booking this property or booking with this host, hands down!!!

Nice But Needs Some Work
The home is nice and you can tell that they put work into it but it definitely needs some work. When we arrived, the a/c-heat and tv in the living room were not working. My husband was able to determine that the breaker had been turned off. We also found some illegal recreational items left on the back porch which was definitely a concern to us having children. Our communication with Kantroy was amazing and he was very responsive to the issues inside the home. Things that need to be upgraded are the kitchen sink is coming off the kitchen counter, there are many lights throughout the inside and outside house that are burnt out or just not working, the garbage disposal worked when it wanted to, the outside railing was super loose and ready to fall over, the outside items were broken or missing, the outside area was not maintained to match the listing picture and that’s just to name a few. The kitchen table needs to be replaced as someone cleaned it and it removed the coating and it’s super sticky and the motion sensor in the house tells you every time the front or back door opens and be ready to listen to the back neighbor’s dog bark for hours. The park across the street and bring close to Atlanta were great pluses. With a little extra care, this home would be a 5 star stay.

Slippery when wet
The house was amazing. Everything that you could ever ask for was at the house. Never had any issues what so ever. The only thing to be cautious with is the wood stairs. When it is wet, they are slippery.
