This was a perfect, cozy house to stay in for my friends and our daughters for the weekend. Had everything we needed and was just as pictured. Owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Amazing house and wonderful host
We went to Athens to surprise our daughter for her birthday and Jennifer made our surprise even better. She knew it was a special weekend and she sent a birthday cookie cake to us to celebrate. The house is in a great location, close to campus and it is so clean and welcoming. We will definitely be staying there a lot more in the future!

Perfect spot for Parent's Weekend
This house was perfect. Always difficult finding places to stay for games/parent's weekends. Lucked out finding this house. Hose is a great communicator and the house was supplied with everything we needed. Great layout for friends staying together or family. Perfect proximity to campus. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Lovely house to stay in!!
The house was gorgeous and spacious. The host was great at communicating and providing us with everything we needed to have a great stay! This place is dog friendly and my 2 dogs loved it! I highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Athens.

Great House and Great Host
Very nice property in Athens. Stayed here for a guys Masters trip and was great for all 4 of us to have our own bedroom. House was clean and had plenty of room to relax. Location is close to downtown Athens. Great communication from/with the host. Thanks for having us! Would stay again….just need to win that Masters lottery again. :)

Great Stay!
Fabulous place with lots of room, thoughtful amenities and a "new home" feel! We were a group of 7 alumni of a UGA sorority in town for a 100th Anniversary celebration. We stayed 3 nights, had plenty of room to visit, eat and sleep comfortably, get ready and even get away if needed! Jennifer's place is an oasis with tasteful UGA touches, a fully-stocked and spacious kitchen, great outdoor space and close to town and campus. We will come again!

Perfect Gameday Getaway
We had the best time staying at Jennifer's home for a UGA game weekend. Jennifer thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and the location was great! Excellent stay
The owner of the property was very communicative and provided clear and concise instructions. The ease to get in and out of the property was good. The house was well maintained and decorated beautifully. Has a good proximity to the University and the owner provided some nice details that were very much appreciated. Overall great stay would love to visit again in the future.

Jennifer’s home was exactly as described and very well stocked. Appreciated the basics being provided like paper towels, soap, coffee, etc. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The area is “turning” but this property is in an area of newer homes and felt very safe. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful to provide tips for the area and her recommendations were excellent! Thank you for opening your home - we enjoyed exploring Athens!
