Spacious and beautiful
The house was so nice and there was a ton of space. We easily fit 10 people and still felt like we could spread out. Everything was clean and the location was perfect!

Great for large gatherings
Rented for graduation the home is new and had plenty of room for us. Kitchen well stocked needs more serving dishes if plan on cooking. Great yard for hanging out. Five points location little misleading you can not walk there. Overall was great until we left and called that we left a bag they said could not locate it when we knew where it was

Staying here was the best! Great location and plenty of space for our family. Very clean inside, cute farmhouse decor, and big kitchen to gather in for my son’s graduation party. Owner was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend stay
Great house in a nice location! Perfect for our Parent's Weekend visit. Nice big open space kitchen and living area where we were able to host a happy hour for about 35 people. Looking forward to making this a tradition!

Home away from home
We have stayed several times at this property. Brittney is super responsive. The neighborhood is safe and a great place to walk. The kitchen is well stocked as well. My son at UGA calls it his home away from home.

Spacious and close to everything
Awesome home with tons of space and bathrooms galore! Anyone staying may want to bring toilet paper and paper towels as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Other than that, a great home in a great town.

Large, beautiful home.
The house is very large and sits on a large lot. It can accommodate a lot of people. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels in all of the bathrooms. We rented the house for a UGA football game and were hoping to walk to the stadium. It was a little too far of a walk for our group. The house is large, new and very clean with a driveway that can hold several cars. I would rent this house again.

Family Reunion House
This is our second time to stay in this perfect house for a family wedding weekend. I hope someone else gets married in Athens so we can stay there again. Everyone has their own privacy but large common areas too Perfect kitchen with all the supplies you could need.

The perfect headquarters for our daughter and her 7 bridesmaids for her wedding weekend! Plenty of room and closet space, comfy beds, central location in Athens one block off Baxter St, and great space for hair and make up preparation 💕. Thanks for your hospitality!

Family Vrbo stay
The house is very nice, the layout is great and made it nice for my guests that have trouble getting up and down stairs. The rockers on the front porch were a hit and the neighborhood made for a nice walk around a loop the road takes. The first floor open concept made it really nice for everyone to be together and interact and yet have separation fo various activities like playing games, watching tv the kitchen island made it easy to put food out for meals. Just a couple of suggestions to improve on the experience: a larger refrigerator with a smaller freezer and more refrigerator space and a second trash can outside.

Fantastic House! We will be back!
We were celebrating my husband's 50th and brought old college pals together - the house was perfect for our group! We could all be together, but had plenty of space to spread out too! The kitchen had everything you needed; the beds were comfortable; Brittany always responded quickly; it was so clean and everything was so new! We loved it so much, we want to make this an annual trip and stay at this same house!

Perfect fit for our family
We came from California for my daughter’s graduation & this property was a perfect fit. Could’ve slept a lot more people. Our favorite pArt was that every room had its own bathroom. We had no contact with the property manager the whole time- but the only thing we needed was toilet paper ;)
