She set my son-in-law up with a nice quiet room. And when he arrived all he had to do was show his ID and get to bed. Awesome customer service. “careful !!! the rooms in this hotel are disgustingly dirty, under their beds there are dog hairs, dirt, dust, GLASSES and bottles of drinks. This is a sign of poor cleaning.
