We rode our motorcycles on all 9 routes of the Windy 9. The house was convenient for riding from other than the road construction in front of the driveway. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Excellent home away from home
We love Athens, Ohio, and make a trip down at least once a year. Previously we have stayed at Ohio University Inn and other hotels, but for the price, this Vrbo is hard to beat. Overall, extremely clean and cozy. The host communicated with us very well and provided explicit check-in instructions. The only complaint is that I was too busy at the Nelsonville Music Festival to really take advantage of their townhome or the surrounding area. But we hope to be back soon and would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay, close to Athens and bike path!
This is a great place to stay in walking distance to uptown Athens area, and just a couple blocks from the bike path. Mitch is a great host and very responsive to any questions. New comfy king size beds and a super little back porch to hear all the birds in the morning. This is our second stay and we loved even more than the first!

Great place
You get what you pay for. I needed a place for OU's Dad's weekend. All the local places were booked, and I didn't want to stay 30 minutes away. This was pricier than I hoped yo pay, but worth every cent. Full condo. Extremely comfortable and clean. Owners are very responsive. If you don't mind paying the price, I recommend.

Great place!
This is a wonderful townhouse! We were in Athens for an OU football game- the 15 minute walk to uptown was easy. The place was well appointed with some nice touches to make the stay pleasant. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc you’ll need. There are games and movies for kids and grown ups. We will definitely be back for future visits and I’m recommending it to some friends!

Excellent Accommodations!
This property was immaculate and had everything my parents and I needed during out stay. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Though it's a little far away from the action of Uptown Athens and Ohio University, it was a nice quiet neighborhood and just a short drive.

If you like to ride a motorcycle the area around the property is great place to ride. The property was perfect with a one car garage that held 4 motorcycles nicely.

Great place to stay in Athens!
My husband and I stayed with two of our adult daughters and one of their boyfriends. We had a fantastic time! The bike path is just a short distance away, and we actually walked home from a late night out in the uptown area. Our daughter lives in the Plains and this was a convenient spot for all of it. The place is very well stocked, has comfy beds and a super little outdoor deck with a table that seats up to 6. We had a fantastic time and will definitely visit again. Also, having the garage available was a HUGE benefit as we brought a bunch of bikes that we did not want to leave outside.

Birthday weekend
Trip to OU to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Very nicely equipped and well appointed kitchen. Spacious living room. Location is nice on the edge of town, close to the walking/biking path that follows the river. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, with the cheap motel and run-down mobile homes across the street. But the collection of townhouses are as attractive on the inside as they are from the outside. The stay for the weekend was fairly priced. We will stay here again on future visits to Athens.

Nice quiet and immaculate accommodations
If you are looking for a quiet getaway with everything you need to cook a family meal this is your spot. The price is very reasonable and the property was spotless and quaint. The only ding that I am giving this property is the location. This is located right next to a motel and a few trailer homes. However it was easy to find and you can park your car inside of the garage which was a plus.
