“The house is perfect for a family, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It was amazing to get up in the morning, have a coffee and sit outside. The view is vast and you can see far and wide. My one wish was ro see a toucan which we did a few days before we left. It was in a tree in the back yard and waited for us to get the perfect picture before he flew away. “We had a wonderful time at Villa Tamarindo, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Elias was very helpful, and the property is stunningly beautiful. We even got used to the cicadas! The kitchen is very well appointed and all the rooms are quite comfortable. It was a good location for birding as well; I added several species to my life list, including a keel-billed toucan and a turquoise-browed motmot.
