Rambling ranch style home perfect for a large group...fun to take walks in the morning and see all the wild deer and other animals. House is a little quirky.... toilet constantly ran (we replaced handle...youre welcome) which solved problem. Fan didnt work in bedroom with twin beds, and BBQ didnt light on its own but we figured it out. Fridge was leaking a little bit of water on right side. Coffee supplies and assorted soaps were a nice touch and place was very clean with ample parking. Would stay again.

Tranquil stay
Very clean property in a tranquil area. It had a great view and felt very homie. It was nice and supplied inside for our stay and everyone enjoyed the space we had to ourselves. We didn't expect to do laundry but it happened and we were glad to have the host provide us with pods. They also provide some coffee of a Keurig which was thoughtful and fantastic. I would definitely recommend this listing to others looking to enjoy your own space but still close enough for city activities.

Beautiful location in the spring!
House needs updating and has a few “quirks” but it was a pleasant stay. There were 10 in our family that stayed 3 nights here while in town for a family memorial. The master bed was very comfortable and the price was right. We had no complaints from anyone in our group.

This location was breathtaking, words can't accurately describe the beauty of this neighborhood. The house was perfect, clean & comfy. We all enjoyed our stay and wished we can more days free to stay longer. I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful haven!
We have a large family gathering each fall in Atascadero, and this year we thought a few of us would find a nearby property. This place was perfect. Only a couple of miles off the freeway, it felt like 1,000 miles away from the hustle and bustle.

'Twice in one year. 'Great stay (again), not a fluke.
This is our second time staying here. We love the amenities of a luxury hotel: presentation of towels and bed linens, digital concierge in the entryway, and professional management. Many of the appliances are new/very clean and the house is convenient and comfortable. When we feel comfortable in the home, we can focus on our next adventure or what to cook for dinner. There's a couple months left in the year. Shall we go for three?

Really nice place!
Only downside at all is it’s a little out of the way and one time the gps took us a very sketchy route into town with single lane roads etc but that’s no fault of the property. The house was clean, big and very nice!

Perfect for 3 couples
This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed at a house in the Paso Robles area with our family (two adult couples with 1 child each). The layout of the house was perfect, given everyone plenty of space and privacy. We all like to cook, so the kitchen becomes the gathering spot for meal prep and wine drinking. The “island” (counter?) allowed everyone the option to participate. The well stocked kitchen was exceptional. The large living room could accommodate everyone comfortably. The back yard is fully enclosed and had several places to sit, either in the shade or uncovered. Easy access to 101 and Atascadero was a plus. We look forward to returning.

The best of both worlds
We were very happy staying at this vacation home. It seemed like a house in the country yet it was minutes away from stores, restaurants and freeway access. The linens and towels were presented as if in a nice hotel but everything else in the home gave us the feeling we were staying with relatives. The touch screen/ digital concierge display at the entryway was also a nice feature that we hadn’t seen before. (We used the referral and weather information there to book a perfect horseback ride in the country) The home was very clean and all the appliances were new or in very good condition. The management company’s procedures also brought the best from the hospitality industry, calling us shortly before check in to see if we had any questions. If available, we would definitely stay here again.

Here for a visit
I like this property. It is back in the hills. The property sits on a hill. It is very quiet. It is older but clean and very useable. There is lots of room for a large group or as with us, just a few. I recommend it.
