“Minutes away from everything but still in a quiet area. I stayed for a residency week at A&M and could not be happier. Close to the college, and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well kept. It is attached to the main house but I never actually saw the owners. No invasion of privacy at all.Owner was responsive via message and there were no issues. I hope it is available for my final residency next year.”

“Overall this was a great place to stay. It’s close to everything and has plenty of parking. Tons of ways to stay entertained with sports and games. The only complaint is it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was still popcorn from someone in several places in the master bedroom. The master double shower definitely needs a good scrub too. Other than the cleaners slacking I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!”

“Very accommodating owner. We were only in town for 1 night (friend’s birthday party 1 exit away). The owner turned the heat on for us and let us know the house was ready and we could check in early. The house is exactly as listed. It’s very nice and clean! Tons of games to play. We had a great time and will definitely stay next time we’re in town. Oh…Master bed and pillows are VEEY COMFORTABLE!”

Perfect location close to the University and quiet neighborhood.The house was wonderful so that our group could all be in one location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware so our group could have meals together at home. There was a minor issue that arose and the Host was easy to contact and quick to resolve it fully.I would definitely rent again.”
