The overall stay was just ok. The house was clean but we gave it only 2 stars because there is mold on the ceiling in 2 of the rooms. This is unclean and not healthy. The house had a musty smell and it was very humid. We had a lot of trouble with the 10 digit door lock code. Very frustrating but wasn’t user error because all 3 of us had trouble. The lock itself doesn’t work well. We did get a quick response when we had trouble with the door. The bedroom door in the bunk room didn’t close. All of this was very unfortunate because the layout of the house is great and everything else was clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. You can hear the highway from one bedroom. The location is good. 15 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the Biltmore. The downtown area is about 15 minutes away. If the problems I’ve mentioned were fixed we would come back.
