Casa Seco: Junto a Ciudad de Taos y Taos Ski Area

Casa Seco se encuentra en un acre de tierra de pastoreo y dentro de un corto paseo de la pintoresca ciudad de Arroyo Seco. Este aireado casa de dos dormitorios con vistas a la montaña desde todas las ventanas rodeado de tierras de pastoreo y una granja orgánica. Casa Seco es una corta distancia de la Taos Ski Valley en un extremo y el Pueblo de Taos por el otro. Al menos tres restaurantes están a poca distancia a lo largo de galerías y tiendas.

Casa Seco es una casa de Adobe con el encanto del sudoeste. Pisos de baldosas de Saltillo mantienen esta casa fresca en el verano, en la calefacción por suelo radiante mantiene acogedor en el invierno. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Sala de estar con muebles de cuero y una chimenea kiva ambiente.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size que se puede dividir en dos camas individuales. Baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje. Segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales y cama supletoria.

Hay muchas actividades divertidas para todas las edades en el área de Taos incluyen: el esquí y el snowboard en el valle del esquí de Taos, y otras 3 zonas de esquí en estrecha distancia, la montaña y el desierto de excursión a los ríos y cascadas, escalada en roca (que podemos ayudar con reservas) , rafting y kayak, paseos en globo, golf, tenis y ciclismo de montaña. Restaurantes de clase mundial, tiendas, un cine, incluyendo una serie semanal arte cinematográfico, museos, galerías de arte, clases y talleres. Algo para que todos disfruten.

El Taos Ski Valley tiene muchos eventos de diversión durante todo el invierno; el Festival de Cine de Taos tiene lugar en marzo; la poesía Bout Mundial en junio; el Festival de Música Solar en julio; el Festival de Otoño de Artes en septiembre; Festival de Cine de Montaña y el festival del globo en octubre. Window to Beauty
This cabin was "just right." Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, and a magnificent view of the mountain. A short walk to Arroyo Seco brings great food, boho galleries, and secret gardens. We loved the location, the quiet setting, and the proximity to Taos.

Gorgeous views in a very comfortable, well-appointed home made for a great stay! Walking distance to the little village of Arroyo Seco and about a 20-25 minute drive to both Taos and the Ski Valley. The property manager was communicative and gave clear directions and instructions. We loved our visit!

Great Getaway!
It was a very cozy, well kept perfect mountain hideaway. Everything the description of the property said was 100% accurate. Very clean & it had everything we needed. Would recommend this place to anyone heading to Taos, NM. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Perfect spot!
We will definitely be back! A perfect accommodation for a family of 4 with dogs—right between TSV and Taos town for easy access to both. The space was super comfortable, well-laid out, clean, and quiet. Big front yard for the dogs. Love that it had two bathrooms. Donna was very communicative and kind, as well.

Beautiful property, beautiful views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arroya Seco. We come to Taos every year we can, but have never stayed in this area. We loved exploring the little town and several restaurants with delicious food, and it was close enough to Taos to go into town (farmers market!) without it being burdensome. The home was clean and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the internet service (beyond the control of Donna the owner) but she did everything she could to help solve the problem. We absolutely loved sitting on the couch looking out the huge windows at the autumn colors. Thanks for the great stay!

Another great stay!
Host was very responsive and accommodating. The property met all of our needs. We have enjoyed staying here twice. We loved being out in the country near Arroyo Seco yet so close to the little town and easy access to the highway to Taos and to the ski area and nearby hiking trails. House is quiet, clean and cozy. I also appreciate that the bedding and towels are washed in unscented soap. Thank you for being a great host!

Lovely home and location
This was a perfect house for our family's week-long vacation in Taos. Arroyo Seco had lots of charm, tasty restaurants, and fun shops. We loved that we had close access to hiking trails, the ski valley area, and the city of Taos. The home was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and our family of four had plenty of room. The patio area had an excellent view of the mountains. Donna was an incredible host - she even loaned us a battery charger when we had car trouble during our stay. Thank you!

This was a great home base for a week of skiing. The house had everything our family of four needed, it was very quiet, and the surrounding landscape is beautiful. We enjoyed being close to the shops in Arroyo Seco and only a short drive to Taos. We'd love to stay here again!

We’ve been to Taos several times, but this was our first time staying in Arroyo Seco. We loved the location and there was plenty of space for our family. It was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from restaurants and a market. We loved the views and fireplace. This should be on your list if you plan to spend time on the mountain.

Wonderful stay in Arroyo Seco
This was the perfect house for our stay in Arroyo Seco. Donna was extremely attentive and helpful for the entirety of our trip. She answered questions promptly prior to us coming and kept in touch during the trip. She checked-in every couple of days to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. It was very easy to access all of the information we needed (WIFI password, TV instructions, etc.). We couldn't have asked for a better house. It was perfect for our family. The house was very clean. It had plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was probably the most well-equipped kitchen I have ever seen. It had everything we needed to cook. Finally, the location couldn't have been better. It's a short walk into the town of Arroyo Seco. It is also well-positioned between the ski valley and the town of Taos, so both are short drives away. The area was quiet, and the scenery was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and superior hospitality
Hosts were excellent. Good communication and availability before snd throughout my stay. The property had all the amenities and supplies I needed. Everything in working order. It is very spacious and has beautiful views of the mountains, surroundings and night skies. . It was quiet and private but close enough to neighbors that I didn’t feel too isolated. I really appreciated the use of unscented laundry soap as well. There is a very well-stocked grocery store 1/4 mile away as well as a couple of coffee shops, a juice bar, restaurants and shops/galleries (in Arroyo Seco). Close to hiking (within a couple miles). 15-20 minute drive to Taos. I had car trouble on the way down and the hosts were super helpful and accommodating with that situation as well. I would definitely return to this property.

Great House - Magnificent Views!
This lovely house is decorated in true New Mexico style, with vigas, Talavera sinks, and Saltillo tile floors. The living room has a wall of windows that face the other side of the mountains that are part of the Taos Ski Valley (15 minutes away). The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was welll-equipped. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing access to either Taos or the Taos Ski Valley.
